Nice stuff,good location

The location was great, the breakfast was on the roof with beautiful view on the Mediterranean sea, however the staff were not that great.

My husband and I stayed at Eurostars Hotel Excelsior the night before our flight out of Naples. The location is unbeatable—right along the waterfront with beautiful views that made our stay feel special from the moment we arrived. It’s also conveniently close to the airport, which made our departure stress-free.

The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, with a classic charm that captures the spirit of Naples. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing night. The amenities were top-notch, and the service throughout our stay was great. The staff was warm and professional.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, scenic, and hassle-free stay in Naples, I highly recommend Eurostars Hotel Excelsior. We would absolutely stay here again!

HOTEL
The ambiance of the hotel was elegant, and the common areas were stylish and well-maintained.

ROOMS
Our room was spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the sea, Castel dell’Ovo and Mount Vesuvius🌄 Waking up to such a beautiful landscape was an absolute highlight of our trip.

BREAKFAST
The breakfast is very good, with a selection of fresh and tasty options, even included Prosecco. It is served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the castle and the sea, which made our mornings even more enjoyable!

LOCATION
We are very glad that we chose to stay in this location. At first, we weren’t sure where to stay, but in hindsight it was the perfect choice. The hotel is situated in a peaceful and pleasant area, away from the crowded city center (yet still within easy reach, a 15-20 minute walk).

We wouldn’t hesitate to return if we travel to Naples again. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The dinner on the patio was not good.

Naples is only two and a half hours from Rome by car! I stayed for one night and booked a triple room with breakfast for 4,000 yuan. In general, the price is not bad, because after all, the basic cost of food and accommodation for three people in Europe is 150 euros, which is 1,000 yuan. It is an old house over 100 years old. Maybe because the wall bricks are too thick, there is no WiFi in the room, nothing, and I couldn’t find a signal all night.
The location is excellent, and the beach is right outside. It’s only 10 minutes to walk to the square. If you drive yourself, the parking fee is 45 euros a day. It’s a bit painful, but it seems that there is no choice, because if you rent a car in Europe, it will also cost 600 euros a day. In comparison, the parking fee is nothing.

This place is in a great location, very convenient. There are so many amazing food spots around that feel like hidden gems. If you enjoy walking, you can easily get to the center and a lot of great sight seeing spots.

There was some construction around the hotel which put a temporary damper on the view, but we were lucky to get moved to a higher room which was a game changer. We traveled during early May so the weather was perfect and cool and it was not too busy.

They have the most beautiful terrace overlooking the water, with couches and a bar. It was so lovely drinking Aperol spritz up there while enjoying the view! The breakfast was okay, not my favorite, but I was also recovering from stomach issues so a lot of food is irritating to my gut. They did have tea and a wide spread of options, including the best gluten free brownies that we savored.

The stay overall was good, but I have to credit Serena for making it even better. I could not thank her enough! Next time, we will invite her up to the terrace for drinks, as promised! :)
