We only stayed one night while transferring through Naples on our way to Florence. The place was very nice but be aware the bedroom area does not have a door in case privacy is a concern. There were a few loud voices in the night outside that woke us up, but seems to be normal for the area. The bed was firm but comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. Overall it suited our needs.

I booked this hotel through ******* and paid extra expecting a luxury stay, but it fell far short. The listing was misleading, and in some cases simply false. Pros: • Excellent central location • MOST of the staff were kind • Bathroom/shower was modern and very nice and the best part in my opinion. Cons: • Breakfast was advertised but not provided. In the city center every thing is in walking distance definitely stay there again once I come back to Naples

Location is deceiving implies that all the rooms are located in the Galleria and they're not. Separate entrance to even some rooms down a side alley.

All Good Second stay. Because we were familiar, it was easy to find. For first/timers, this may be a challenge due to poor signage. On Toledo, go to Big Green door, use the Call Directory on right side. The room was great. Clean, helpful staff, and would stay here again.

The staff were absolutely incredible! Arnaldo was so welcoming and all the cleaning staff too. Beautiful place, lovely breakfast and excellent location. Would definitely recommend!!

The location is decent, just a few bus stops from Molo Pier. The hotel is on the 4th floor. While the exterior looks quite dated, the interior is quite stylish, which was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and clean. A simple breakfast was provided free of charge, and there's a lovely little terrace. Overall, I was very satisfied!

Not our favorite place to stay.

The room was nice and clean and big, the staff was very friendly, and the location was good, close to all the shops, very reliable place.

The parking lot is very expensive 25 euros for day

A nice mini-hotel in a multi-purpose building. Some information ahead of arrival would be useful, it's really hard to find it otherwise.

I had great time at chiaia 205. The location is very good at the heart of chiaia quarter . But the taxi could not access the street during the day . Except early morning before 8 am or late evening after 9 or 10 pm. The room was good and the service as well . There is a little noise from the neighborhood due to the close and adjacent buildings. Centrally located bed and breakfast. Room was comfy, clean and AC was available, which was important because of the heat outside (even and especially at night). Our room had a spacious bathroom with shower and jacuzzi.

Overall a very nice experience. I really liked the fact that it was very homely and intimate. Some places, you can feel like people are putting on a fake smile, or that you're just a client to be processed, but the staff here were really nice and did a lot to try and accomodate us.

Beautiful room with an amazing view of Napoli’s streets. Very clean. The staff was really charming and very supportive. The location is just perfect, right in the middle of everything you will need to visit. Strongly recommended.

Spent 3 days/nights in this wonderful B&B located in the center of Napoli. Everything was spectacular, from the customers services they have towards their clients, to the rooms who are very cute and cozy, to the location, as well as to the breakfast. 10/10 rate, would definitely be back.

We were looking for a place close to the ferries for one night. I normally would not stay in a 3 star place in europe. A 3 star would be a 2 star in the US. However, the reviews were good and it looked clean. The room was just like the images on-line. It was clean and felt safe. Our host was amazing. Very flexible and helped us get to him. What a great option for a short stay in Naples. Clean and fresh and small balcony. Right across from the port of you are planning on trips to Capri and Amalfi. Great check in with Antonio who made it easy and all virtual. We had dinner around the corner at La Lazzara… perfect Naples pizza and nice breakfast spots out front. Also, really close to the Naples castle. Good value.

Very friendly staff and good location. Paper thin walls that make you hear everything in both the rooms next to you and at reception. I could hear people cough or turn on their water in the bathroom - so you can imagine not the best sleep with people at night and early morning doing this. They do have beds and a toilet - so if you are okay with noise then this place is fine.

Very good service by the receptionist. Too bad about arrival, there was no explaination about the location you have to go up an elevator about 6 floors and pay 5 cent for it. Too the outside and i side almost impossible to find, gladly a man helped us out that the hotel was on the 6th floor. Parking is the worst here, dont think about luggage drop-off... no place to park or leave the vehicle for a...

Everything about this hotel is surprising — it looks small, but you can find everything you need in it. The best part was definitely the breakfast. The only downside is that there’s no elevator, but you can ask the staff to help with your luggage. The location is great, close to the old city of Napoli and the train station

I wish I paid a little more money for a better hotel. This place was in a sketchy area with people and chaos all around. While I appreciate it being close to the train station, I’d rather pay for a cab to somewhere better. The room looked far better online than in person and wasn’t clean to my standards. The bathroom was the worst to me — there was a weird smell and I showered with my flip flops on...

I strongly recommend this hotel, not only for the cool (a must in summer) rooms but for the welcoming staff as well. From the receptionist via the cleaning ladies to the marvellous woman in the kitchen, they all walk the extra mile to make you feel at home. The breakfast is tasty and well-cooked. Very nice place to stay. The rooms seem a bit small but they are very comfortable and look very nice. They have air conditioning, the bed is very comfortable. The people was extremely nice. The receptionists spoke English and a bit of Spanish and were very very nice at all times. They allowed us to early check-in because the room was already prepared and we were going to Rome just after getting there...

Very good and modern rooms for the price. Location is close to the Trainstation and there are also some bus and tram stops close by for going to the citycenter. The region around the station and hotel isn't the most friendly neighbourhood to walk around in but we had no problems. Breakfast was very good. The only problem was the wifi that didn't work during our stay in the hotel.

The upkeep, maintenance and the condition of the property was poor. Not really a hotel, lacking a lot of amenity. More a bnb style. The experience would’ve been a lot better if it were reasonably priced, however at the price paid, expectations weren’t met.

A nice and cozy place located on the harbor and on 5 minutes walk to the city center. There is amazing view from the room's terrace. The people from the staff are not only great professionals but also kind, lovely people always ready to help, especially Francesca.

The perfect location & hotel. The rooms are perfect and worth the price, plenty of mirrors (if you’re a girl) made getting ready easy. Excellent location, clean room. The soundproofing isn't great, but the two neighboring rooms were occupied by quiet guests. Breakfast is served in the room only.

Ideally located for exploring Naples day and night, close to all public transportation and well-connected to the airport. The room was very welcoming, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast served in your room was a plus. The staff is ready to answer any questions.

Beginning of a wonderful trip. Good coffee, good nearby shops, clean room and very welcoming staff.

It was the 2nd time this year for 3 nights. We had the opportunity to attend a performance at San Carlo very close, as well to go to Beverello and take easily the boat to Amalfi. The room is clean, really central eeasy access to metro and old city center. The breakfast satisfactory. We have already suggested it to friends.

This was my third stay in Naples and I always choose Via Chiaia as it is a very elegant and safe area. B & B Chiaia 32 was the best choice so far. It is a minute walk away from Piazza del Plebiscito. Clean room but not many amenities. The facilities looks dated except for the bathroom. The shower spilled much water on the floor due to short window. Paid for a breakfast but had to leave before 8 AM when the breakfast started.

Great location and great service.

The hotel was great. In a central location, but quite in the room. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff all so friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for the 4 of us too.

Excellent small hotel with perfect service and hospitality. Hidden away but right in the middle of the action on Via Toledo. Highly recommended!

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Napoli Mia the staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms and hotel were beautiful and well kept with a peaceful, quaint and welcoming atmosphere. We would highly recommend them for a stay in Naples and would definitely stay again if we ever go back there.
