Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated indoor with antiques everywhere. Front desk staffs were especially thoughtful and polite. Transportation was not as convenient as those located beneath the hill but the view made it wrothy for the walk. May take cable car instead if in rush. Breakfast included variety of food, taste was okay.

It was worth the extra money for the view room. The room was comfortably large and clean. I would stay there again.

The most beautiful hotel in all of Naples and you'll love every second. The view is impossible to beat and we spent every second taking photos of the awesome view.

Some of the lower scores are down to this is an old converted building. However the room had a damp smell and the fittings were not of great standard. The hotel was beautiful. The history is amazing. The food is not good. We ate there twice. It was very expensive and was not very good. The “burger” was loaded with cheese. I like cheese, but it had a ridiculous amount. We had dinner and it was pretentious.

Located in a row behind Naples Central Station, it's relatively quiet and convenient for getting around. The hotel lobby is clean, the room isn't large, but the bathroom is clean and tidy. It's more than adequate for a solo trip and is quite standard.

Super clean hotel, the only reason I didn't give it all fives was the outside was full of homeless and shady vendors. But there were plenty of police everywhere in Naples so we walked everywhere. It is so close to train station and pickup point for many tours. Restaurant and rooftop fantastic.

The only positive thing is the location near the airport. We stayed in a triple room with a view of the heating engines. The furniture needs updating. The rubber pads under the chairs had been replaced with rubberized paper. The bathroom has a tub, but it's small. I recommend it only for its location near the airport.

The hotel is near Naples train station and attracts many foreign tourists. The rooftop view is beautiful, and the breakfast is decent. The rooms are small and the amenities are basic. For a hotel in Italy costing around 1000 yuan, this is about what you'd expect.

A good 4-star hotel. Excellent location, just steps from the historic center and close to the metro. Helpful and friendly staff. A 10 minute drive by taxi brings you to the hotel. Ask the driver at the airport how much before you leave they can charge more than others. We found both the hotel and the room very clean. The room was large and modern, the bed was huge, and the very comfortable accommodation was perfect, the breakfast was continental style was enough to start a day. The showers are outside the bathroom and the water leaks out of the door into the hallway I'm guess there is mold underneath the carpet in the hallway because of that reason.
