We used this as a quick weekend away to visit Rome and Naples and so didn't use all the facilities. The hotel was good. We did not expect it to be so far out and taxis were expensive. Its a bit far from the center but the hotel offers free shuttle to the nearest metro station. It was all ,good staff was amazing and friendly. It was close to the station and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was served at the cafe next door, and when I went there first thing in the morning there was almost nothing left. It was not far from the main tourist attractions and near several foreign embassies, so it felt safe!! It was a little old, but it had its own charm, and the owner, Claudia, was very friendly!! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

There is a bug in living in this location. I heard the sound of racing cars all night. Also, it may be because the floor height is too high or the house is too old, I always feel a little cold and humid at night, but there is no air conditioning here. So I was noisy all night and felt a little cold, so I didn't sleep well. In addition, the check-out at 10 o'clock felt too rushed.

The hotel was in a beautiful galleria in centre of a busy shopping/food area. even though it was stunning architecture, at night the galleria had lots of homeless people in cardboard box homes. A charming spot with a courtyard, located right by Naples' main cathedral, it genuinely felt like a Roman apartment! Excellent service and a good breakfast. It's a small, family-run guesthouse right in the heart of the historic district.

The responses to service issues was not there on occasion

My wife and I spent to days at Montespina Park Hotel relaxing by the pool. The pool was clean and at the perfect temperature. We lounged poolside with nice cocktails and lite food. The staff at the pool and restaurant were amazing! Luca, Giuseppe, and Barbara were fantastic and always helpful! The timing for our stay was perfect with US tourist already returning to the states and the Italian families...

We have recently come back from Napoli and used this hotel as our base! A 10 minute drive by taxi brings you to the hotel. Ask the driver at the airport how much before you leave they can charge more than others. We found both the hotel and the room very clean. This hotel is not exactly a 4 star property. It has no room service, the room safety locker was not working, there was no luggage assistance, there was no room service, the receptionist did not event speak English, fortunately it was just a one night stay so we didn’t face too much of inconvenience. I was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Santa Brigida, it has a great location and the facilities in the room were great. That said, I could hear too much from outside the hotel and inside which meant that I was disappointed at how little sleep I got.
