The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. The hotel had a unique and pretty design, and the room was very spacious and clean. The location was perfect and the views are stunning. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was lovely. Location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly. We ate at the restaurant and bar a couple of times and it was very good. Marco in the bar was wonderful.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and the hotel was absolutely fantastic. The location is the best in Positano - right by the beach and all the shops, the room was gorgeous and clean, and the staff was so helpful and accommodating with anything we needed. We had free breakfast included in our stay and the breakfast buffet had soo many options. I asked if they had a gluten free pastry or bread and they gave me a whole basket. Everyone was so nice. I highly recommend staying in the superior view room, the view was so beautiful.

My wife and I went here for our honeymoon and we had a wonderful time. We had the superior suite where we had a wonderful view of the water and the resturants/houses. They provide a free breakfast buffet, if you are gluten free dont worry they will have something for you as well. Their food was immaculate(I kept going for seconds). Their staff was wonderful. This hotel is very clean and located next to everything(shopping, taxi service, scooter rental,deli, and more). Next time I'm in positano ill be back in this hotel! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Amazing hotel - location is the best in all of Positano, central to everything and walkable. Transfers can drop you right to the entrance as well, so no stair and suitcase struggle. Hotel staff are beyond accommodating and friendly. They clean the room several times a day also, which is a nice touch. Would definitely come back!

Incredible experience! The location is perfect, short walk to the beach and dock. Extremely walkable location. Huge plus that our car service was able to stop right in front of the hotel to drop us and our luggage off - no need to go up any stairs to get to the entrance for luggage. The room itself was very clean and beautiful. The pillows and bed were SO comfortable. The balcony and view from the 3rd floor was amazing. Breakfast was also great every morning. They also give complimentary beach towels to use which came in handy. Would definitely come back here!

This hotel is truly all it claims to be. The rooms have the most beautiful tile, and we stayed in room 409 which has a gorgeous view of the famous hillside. Its close to quite literally everything in Positano, which isn’t hard since it’s such a small town. It’s less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and dock if you’re taking a boat while visiting and the same walking to almost all restaurants. The staff are so kind and helpful, from remembering our coffee order at breakfast to booking a taxi for us when it was our time to check out. Plus it was the most comfortable bed and pillows we had our entire 2 weeks traveling through Italy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Positano!
