Hotel Central Wellness in Sorrento

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Central Sorrento. Very comfortable family room for 4, which had 2 balconies and 2 rooms separated by a sliding door. Friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and a reasonably large breakfast buffet selection - something for everyone. Relaxing wellness (purchased massages) and good size outdoor pool. Never too busy, and always found loungers. Great staff at the pool, a variety of drinks served and some food -mainly a lunch menu.
Our room faced the street but we were never bothered by noise. Well insulated windows. The hotel and area was quiet, and far enough away from the center of town and the buzz of traffic and evening crowds. Yet only a few minutes walk from a wide selection of restaurants and shops.
Will recommended to family and friends, and would be very happy to return.

Nice hotel, great breakfast. Beds were comfortable, nice pool area, close to downtown Sorrento. Staff was extremely helpful.

Really lovely place to stay. Fairly central, (which means that it's on a busy road, but double glazing and AC sorts that). The pool is really good, we didn't try the fitness suite but I'm sure that's good too. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more!

Free breakfast was excellent, clean rooms and lobby. 20-30 minute walk from Sorrento center, I’ve seen better pools, gym closed on Sunday’s.

Our stay at Hotel Central Wellness was absolutely perfect. Everything was spotless, well organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout. The amenities were great, and the breakfast was a highlight — fresh fruits and one of the best spreads we've had. No doubt, it's an excellent option for anyone staying in Sorrento!

Great stay at Hotel Central, staff were very pleasant and helpful and decorated our room for a special occasion which was appreciated. The buffet breakfast was delicious. We had a balcony but were not bothered by the noise outside at all. Yes it is a bit out of the way from the town centre but it is a nice easy walk into town from the hotel.

We stayed here for our wedding in June 2025 along with all of our family, friends, and guests. We got married in a venue 5 minute walk away and used Hotel Central as our base. We absolutely made the right decision! What a wonderful, accommodating, friendly hotel. I couldn't praise it any more. Cynthia and her team were incredible - they went above and beyond, and every aspect of our stay was superb. All of our guests echoed the same sentiment and we have started recommending this to other couples who are looking to get married in the Sorrento area. Thank you Hotel Central - we will be back!

We spent a week at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The reception staff were always smiling and professional. The hotel is pretty and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We also received some lovely welcome gifts (2 free cocktails, a small bottle of sparkling wine, water, and cookies in the room).

The hotel is fairly well located, though it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the center where you’ll find the main attractions, ferries, and the beach. My partner found it a bit far, but I didn’t mind. On the other hand, there are several nice local restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was included and very good. A special mention to our waitress Caterina—very kind and provided excellent service! The hotel also has a pool, a sunbathing/relaxation area, and a snack bar. There is also a rooftop with a beautiful view where you can relax and enjoy a drink. Everything was great!

I definitely recommend this hotel and would return without hesitation. I already miss it.
