Villa Ketty Resort in Vico Equense

Amazing stay. Beautiful setting and such kind helpful staff. Antonio's breakfast is a destination in it's own right. So delicious.

My three day stay at Villa Ketty in Sept 2025 was one of the highlights of my trip. A relaxing alternative to busy Sorrento. Great service from Antonio and the entire staff. Beautiful, rambling building and grounds. Picture postcard views of Vico Equense harbor and beach from the spotlessly clean room and of Mt. Vesuvius and the Bay of Naples from the patio. The lavish breakfasts and dinners were the best. The free shuttle or a short, steep but fun walk (without luggage) gets you to town, where you can catch the (very crowded) Circumvesuviana to Sorrento, Pompeii, etc. Great place!

Our stay at Villa Ketty was nothing short of magical. Let’s begin with the view—absolutely breathtaking. From our window, we soaked in the shimmering water, rolling hills, vibrant flowers, golden sunshine, the stars at night, and fireworks as well.

Antonio, the gracious host and owner, along with his lovely wife, made us feel truly welcome. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast—always fresh, beautifully presented, and offering a delightful variety.

Our room was spotless and refreshed daily, providing a cool and comfortable retreat. The location is ideal: just a short walk into town for shopping or dining, and only five minute walk to the train station if you're heading to Sorrento, Pompeii, or Naples. Capri is also easily accessible by boat for a scenic day trip.

After exploring, we loved unwinding with a perfectly crafted Limoncello Spritzer, courtesy of the attentive staff. And don’t miss “Pizza Night”—it’s an absolute must. The pizza was hands-down the best we’ve ever tasted, paired with lively entertainment that made the evening unforgettable.

Villa Ketty exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, everything was flawless. We wholeheartedly recommend it.

Arriving to Villa Ketty was like stepping into heaven. We stayed in the executive studio suite, room 30. It was magnificent. The owners care about every detail of your stay, from serving a wonderful breakfast to delicious dinners and helping with arranging other activities. You feel like you’re part of the family here, not at a hotel.

The owner and the entire staff are delightful, the hotel is charming, the food is homemade and delicious, the programs they offer are amazing. The whole place is magical, there is nothing more anyone who wants to relax could wish for.

We stayed for three nights but needed to extend to a forth. Everything about the service and attention to detail at Villa Ketty is outstanding. The personal touch provided by Antonio, his family and staff is simply excellent. This included being collected from local transport, organising visits, advice on local attractions, and the quality of home-prepared food at breakfast and dinner.
This place is special. Worth a try.

Property was ideal. Fabulous views, lovely staff and tasty meals. Boutique hotel so a smaller environment which is exactly what we wanted. Everything available in Vico Equense, train to get to Sorrento & Pompeii. Hilly environment which is perfectly manageable with a fair fitness level.

Villa Ketty is amazing place to spend your vacation in Italy. It was the best travel experience I've ever had, and they treat you like family. The room had amazing views, breakfast was made by the owner (imagine you have fresh mozzarella, ricotta, eggs, olives etc that was grown at the Villa and cooked for you). Fresh and delicious fruit and several types of pies. They also made a homemade dinner (3 course pasta one night and pizza on another nigh). Excellent service, food, accommodation, views and pool. If you can imagine paradise - this is it. We drove there by car, but it’s just few steps from the train station, so easily accessible from Napoli. Highly recommend this hidden gem.
