The junior suite option at the hotel offered fantastic views of the Square and although with balcony doors open it gave a birds eye view and noisy ambiance, this was immediately cut once the doors were closed thanks to their triple glazing, so best of both worlds! Staff were excellent, offering recommendations and could not do enough at checking in and would highly recommend this central location,...

Also worth mentioning they organised one-way transport from Naples Airport via a MPV taxi which was superb. The driver was local and extremely knowledgeable chatting to us on the way to the hotel and giving us some tips

Staff was on top of your needs, they would set up trips, gave great food recommendations, the breakfast was amazing, healthy options, and great pastries. Lots of fruit, and even offer scrambled eggs daily

Wonderful location, friendly staff that are very helpful in whatever you ask..Have stayed quite a few times and have never been disappointed.

But their specialty was cappuccino with a chocolate foam heart. The place was spotless and your room smelled so fresh after they cleaned it

The highlight of our trip to Italy! Beautiful accomodations, everything is brand new and clean and roomy. Location is a little far from the city center, but manageable. We had a washer in our room and a drying rack

As you will find with most Italian bed and breakfasts, the "breakfast" consists of snacks and is not a true breakfast, though they give you fresh snacks daily. You won't regret staying there

Absolutely recommended accomodation! Centrally located, great people and service: Serena, Renata and Marianna have been very welcoming, the rooms are very clean and spacious enough, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom very very clean and modern

Although the location is a little farther from the city centre, it is still totally walkable. The room was cleaned every day, and snacks were also provided daily, which was a nice touch

The price was reasonable, and it had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely recommend this B&B to our friends and family — 5 stars!

Check in was smooth we had a wonderful stay, had a slow morning, used the coffee expresso machine to make cappuccino and chilled in the front porch, it was lovely

she explained to us all about the hotel, showed us the room, and then a bit about Sorrento, where to eat, what to see, where is the best spot to see the sunset, how to get to the ferry, and etc

The one thing that stands out most with this B+B is the host Ilaria she is very warm and welcoming with nothing being too much trouble. The Rooms are clean warm comfortable and well equipped

the hotel is close to the train station and bus terminal (also flix bus), but it would take 15-20 minutes to walk to the ferry to Capri. our bus ran late and it was so good that the staff was waiting for us at the door

Liked the location. Everything was close by. The walls are a little thin and easy to hear other people but other than that, the staff was great. Ilaria was very nice, the breakfast lady was amazing.

Perfect Location/Beautiful Room with Balcony! We had a great experience at Aquae, first, we missed our check in window, which was completely my bad, but Rita, was so gracious, came back to the property and was super helpful and understanding making sure we were settled!

Our stay at Aquae Romanae was truly wonderful. The space is beautiful, very comfortable, and full of character. Everything was spotless and well cared for. Rita is a fantastic host — warm, helpful, and very thoughtful

We loved staying Aquae Romanae. This place is but maybe a min away from the train station. The unit is perfect for two people, has its own balcony, most importantly, the AC worked and the staff was very welcoming

The location is the best! steps from Piazza Angelina Lauro and not even 3 min from the train station. Room was super clean, comfortable, space for all our belongings, fridge, safe and even a his and hers sinks

Beautiful place situated in a fantastic spot for visiting Sorrento. Extremely close to the train station and to the ferry port which is so nice when you have luggage. Absolutely would stay again!!

The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is good. It's about a 10-minute walk from the train station. The restaurants near the station are also quite good. Overall, it's worth staying here.

A lovely stay here, the room was lovely and clean with everything you need for a stay. The evenings were still cool in March but there was an air con/ heater system which was really efficient

This is a small B&B with generously sized rooms and bathrooms, very comfortable bed, on point hot water pressure and cranking AC

Nice roms with views toward the garden. Fine breakfast, lots of cakes. Since checking in is between 4-6pm and check out 10am, this place is best suited for longer stays, so you can enjoy the garden

The accommodation was exceptional. Close to train station & buses and car parking garages on the doorstep. Rooms very clean & well decorated. Fridge with complimentary water. Heart of Sorrento just a few steps away

The location of this hotel is very good, very close to the train station. The proprietress and service staff are also very friendly and helped us prepare a sumptuous dinner early in the morning

We loved our stay so much. Such a lovely owner to pick us up/drop us off at train station. Simple but effective free brekkie. Spotless rooms. Free laundry service was not expected and so very much appreciated. LOVE!

This is a great place to stay when visiting Sorrento. An oasis of calm, just yards from the main corso and also close to the 'beach' and the harbour

I booked this for my nephew and he was extremely happy with it. The location is walking distance to all the tours, beach and shops.

Lovely staff and perfect location but lacked pool at our date of travel (1-7 May) and aircon also not working so if was any hotter this would’ve been an issue. Also breakfast is not included but available at 7€ per day

Shower needed a replacement head as squirted out in all directions except on your head. Pool towels can be hired 2 euro daily. Snacks and drinks can be ordered pool side

Perfect location if you are sightseeing around the amalfi coast and I can imagine the poolside would’ve been lovely

Very average service. Private beach is lovely, pool is ok, everything costs extra including them holding bags after checkout and including the shuttle bus to Sorrento

Everything you'd need on a campsite - mini market, good views, shuttle bus to Sorrento, and nice (if dusty) pitches. Cheap rental of kayak on the beach, electricity worked well and reasonably priced

Staff are extra friendly and could not do enough to help. Our chalet was excellent with a really powerful shower but best of all had a fantastic view of the sea

Beach was closed. You have to pay for the wifi. But a beautiful place to stay for sure.

This place is perfectly located in Sorrento. With transportation options and great amenities this place is great for families.

She was super helpful with tips on what to do around Sorrento and even shared a bit about life in Italy was really interesting to hear (wish I’d caught her name!). Her brother works there too - both hard workers

The hotel was absolutely perfect for us - honestly I can’t think of a single bad thing to say! It was spotless and cleaned every day we were there, the shower was great better then mine at home

The positives far outweigh the fact that the pool is smallish and that it is a mile walk into the centre of Sorrento/the main port. We enjoyed the walk and getting away from the crowds

They helped us arrange a vespa for 70 euro a day that we rode to the Amalfi Coast we preferred Positano and Ravello over Amalfi too crowded. Staff was wonderful and there daily breakfast was great as well!

Big enough for a family of four , had two balconies (lots of sunlight) and having a kitchenette helps save money on not having to eat out every day. The staff is very nice and attentive

Overall a very lovely hotel, there are spa facilities that were not included with our stay but would have loved to have used them if we travelled as just a couple

Our stay here was wonderful. The location was great. We stayed in the top floor apartment and our family had so much space. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good. Only one thing is garage to far from hotel but garage staff can use shutters bus send you to the hotel. Car park charge 20 euro per day.

Staying here is like being in a very exclusive club as it has an almost hidden entrance. We had the junior suite which was well appointed with a fabulous balcony overlooking the Marina Piccolo

Amazing room with a wonderful view. Federico was an outstanding host who helped with restaurant suggestions, booked a ferry to Capri, and even arranged our transportation back to Naples

Breakfast in the dining room was plentiful and you could have eggs cooked to order

Federico was brilliant at organising all our trips, including Capri, Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Herculaneum and even getting us to the opera in style! The location is perfect as the best way to get around was by boat

We stayed in Positano room! Very nice room! Building is less than 5 minutes to the city center. Breakfast is served at Mag Cafe (1 croissant, 1 cafe, 1 orange juice).

Lupe is a fabulous host and keeps the place clean and even greets you when you arrive. The breakfast had a great selection and Lupe made us cappuccinos every morning

Great location and wonderful staff. We felt very welcome and taken care of during our stay. The guesthouse is located right in the middle of everything yet it’s very quiet.

The location is the best part - right by the station and city center. The place was decently sized and clean and had a sea view (which we didn't expect)

The only problem was that the lift wasn't working, though the host arranged for our bags to be carried up. It helped during check in, but it wasn't easy to pop in and out of the apartment since it was on the 4th floor

The room overlooked the Main Street which was very busy, but we heard nothing through the sound-proof French doors. I love how bright is was but you can completely block out all light by closing the outside shutters
