The room is spacious and clean. The balcony has a stunning view of the mountain and the beach. There are a convenience store, a grocery store and a pharmacy right next to it. Corso Italia is 2 minutes away from it

Absolutely loved our 6 nights at ascot. Perfect location with only a lovely stroll through the town to all the lovely spots to take in around Sorrento. All té staff were so helpful and I would happily return

The staff at Hotel Central Wellness are fantastic! Reception was always helpful and the breakfast and housekeeping staff were just lovely! The location is a pretty easy 10 or so minutes from the city centre and everything around Sorrento is east to easy

Fairly central, (which means that it's on a busy road, but double glazing and AC sorts that). The pool is really good, we didn't try the fitness suite but I'm sure that's good too. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful

The pool was rather chilly, especially the kiddie pool, but it was still a good time, and even though our room didn't come with a view, we were still able to see the water/sunset. Oh, and the water pressure was amazing

The full service breakfast is wonderful and the staff are all so kind and attentive. The rooftop bar and views are really nice we enjoyed the beautiful views of the water and Mount Vesuvius with a class of wine many time

What a place! 5 minute walk to the piazza and 2 minute walk to the station. The facilities are excellent and everywhere is spotlessly clean. We're half board and the evening meals are superb as are the breakfasts

Great location in the centre of Sorrento the hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful the rooms are a good size but appear a little dated but you're not there for the rooms

You can’t get any closer to the sorrento train terminal and the walk down to the marina is so beautiful and a peaceful walk that we enjoyed every day

The sea view room is beautiful, and the environment of the ordinary room is also very good. The most noteworthy thing is the Michelin restaurant in the hotel. The black truffle pasta is the best I have ever eaten

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a joy - being served rather than having a buffet - by staff who went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. The views from the terrace were fantastic.

There is an outside swimming pool and bar, with always plenty of sunbeds available, so no need to be up at 6. The inclusive buffet breakfast was particularly good

Superb traditional Italian hotel, located in the centre of Sorrento, less than one minute walk from Piazza Tasso. The hotel was very comfortable and rooms were spacious and nicely furnished

There was an extensive choice of scrambled egg, pancakes, cereals, smoked salmon, yoghurts etc, as well as a delicious selection of home made cakes and pastries

The only minor criticism is the air conditioning had been turned off for winter which seemed a little early (mid October). We were a little too warm on the first night

The staff were all friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to and from the train station is a real bonus

We rented a Vespa and getting around was super easy ; we could reach the center of Sorrento in just 5 minutes! They also provide a shuttle service, which made it very convenient to get to Sorrento on our first night, both going and coming back

The food was great and the breakfast was an amazing buffet with many choices and a lot of food. All that said, the best thing about Hotel Cristina was the people that worked there

The hotel has beautiful scenery, the sea view is amazing, the food is delicious, I like breakfast and ordering, the most important thing is that there is a free shuttle bus, I booked several nights, it is very convenient to go back and forth to the hotel every day, which is suitable for us Chinese, there are singers singing in the hotel at night, the price is similar to that outside, it is good

I love watching the sunrise here! The hotel is right on the cliff and you need to drive yourself or take the hotel shuttle bus to get up. You need to pay attention to the hotel shuttle bus, which is very punctual

If you miss it, transportation will be troublesome if you don't drive. The downside is that the soundproofing in the room is not very good, and it is easy to hear the conversations of the neighbors

The villa itself was immaculate and spacious, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was outstanding

I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a private villa, which offered stunning views of the coast—absolutely breathtaking

We have just had a 10 day stay in this hotel. Our room overlooked the pool and garden area (room 307). We had no issues with any of the facilities and found it a pleasant hotel

The pool was pretty but they closed it at 4pm! So when you come in from hot day, there is no ac and no pool use! Desk people always looked annoyed, not pleasant at all to speak with

The roof top terrace was a lovely place to have an evening drink and watch the sunsets over the bay. The only issue we found was it can be very noisy from the very popular restaurant opposite and the main road

There's a walk down the steps to the pool and then to the sea with crystal clear waters. Location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the central square Piazza Tasso, 15 mins to the ferry port and 20 mins to the Marina

The hotel has clearly been recently renovated, the rooms retained an old world charm but had modern spec. Staff were wonderful from the front of desk, porters, restaurant, terrace, cleaners and pool staff

The pier and pool are only accessible by a small, old elevator that can hold a maximum of three people; we understand this is being replaced

We lived our stay here. The hotel is beautiful & the view from the deck is breathtaking. The service is outstanding with a special shoutout to Andrea and Carmine.

We had a really special 5-day stay at the Europa Palace, in a lovely room with an incredible view of the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. We did a lot of research beforehand because of the mixed older reviews

Breakfast was included and served in a grand, spacious dining room with large windows overlooking the Bay of Naples. The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable

On the bright side, they do have a nice pool and garden area where you can relax and have a drink. Despite the noise issue, we would stay here again

Great hotel in Sorrento! You're just minutes away from the beach, shopping, and great food options. The room is spacious, with ample furniture storage, and the bathroom is larger than most European hotel bathrooms

Only complaint was the thin bathroom walls made it weird to hear the conversations in The next room when using the bathroom. Pool and sundeck were s nice touch

Beautiful views of sea - great food and wonderful server Angelo. We ate every meal there on beautiful terrace with food cooked to order - salads, pizza, lasagna. Breakfast had great selections too

Our Italian adventure started at Hotel Capri in September 2025 and let me tell you, it was an absolute dream come true! The staff was absolutely fantastic, they welcomed us with open arms and made sure we felt like royalty

This hotel is family-owned and they are so welcoming and hospitable! The view from our room, the roof, and the pool are of the sparkling Mediterranean and the coast of Italy

The views getting here and once here are unbelievable. This place truly understands hospitality, the food was delicious, and it was the adventure of a lifetime staying here and visiting Sorrento

Thank you so much for a beautiful stay at your hotel. We came for the first time in May with my sister and brother in law, we enjoyed it so much that we came back on our own in August

All I can say is that it was a perfect evening, night, and awakening. The dinner was fantastic, not only for the fish but also for the impeccable service.

VI – she was beautiful and kind, and provided a detailed introduction to Sorrento. The bathroom sink drain in my room was a little slow, but after I mentioned it, someone was immediately called to fix it

The breakfast was plentiful and unique; the apple juice was delicious. I asked the waiter if it had sugar or honey, and he said it was pure juice. The lemon cake and apple pie were also excellent

The staff were polite and attentive. This was the only non-five-star hotel I stayed at during my nearly one-month trip to Europe, but it was the most stunning

Excellent hotel! Close to the beach (10 minutes walk), close to the central part of Sorrento (2 minutes walk ) and close to the train station (6 minutes walk)

The only downside was breakfast was a bit lacking, and the coffee machine needs throwing out - this is Italy, serve me espresso in the morning! The only option is to go off site for a breakfast coffee as I was not allowed to get a cappuccino/espresso from the bar when breakfast was being served

Overall fantastic stay at Eden, staff very friendly, grounds lovely, rooms spacious and beds nice and big. Staff most welcome on arrival even bringing our bags up to us. Gardens made you feel in the heart of Italy

If there is one area to improve, it would be the mattress on the bed. The current mattress was very firm and somewhat uncomfortable as we could start to feel the springs. Might be time to update the mattress

Our room was clean and tidy, noise from street below, lacking storage space for clothes and bed not to everyone's liking. Good breakfast and restaurant next door, pool area nice and clean and private

Loved the hotel and the location, breakfast was amazing. The only thing was missing was the room service and the coffee maker in the room.

Staff were excellent, helping with arranging two tours and answering any questions we had. Due to the time of year, central air had already been turned off, so the room remained a little warm, but not overly hot

The location is perfect — right at the end of a lively high street with fantastic restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and only 15 minutes down to the ferry port and beaches (though be prepared for some steps)

A great hotel in a great location. We had a suite with perfect views of the bay of Napoli. The manager and front desk staff went out of their way to make changes to our room that was improperly booked by a booking agent

This was an amazing hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were there for a golden anniversary and the staff made it really special. The location was great and the views from the hotel were spectacular.

My only complaint is the air conditioner was turned off for the season. Good thing I travel with a mini fan for the night stand. Could not open balcony doors because of mosquitos, tried that and lost that battle

Lush garden area and nice pool area. Location is perfect for direct access to shopping and dining in the village. One night we ate dinner at the beach club restaurant at the foot of the cliff below the hotel

The room was amazing. The bed super comfy. The views from our terraces were great. We ate at a great trattoria that the hotel manager recommended. The hotel is a little tucked away which we missed a couple of times.

Tony and Maria were excellent hosts who looked after us really well, particularly at check-in, breakfast and check-out. Our double rooms were quiet, spacious, very clean and well maintained.

After what felt like a year of searching, the front end man at the hotel was outside when we approached, saw our irritation, and accepted us into the hotel quickly and with immaculate service to go spend time at the pool on the rooftop
