The view across the sea from the dining room and terrace was amazing. I would really recommend this hotel
A gem by the sea with unbeatable hospitality
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is truly amazing—just a 15-minute walk from the historic center, yet perfectly positioned for stunning sea views
I just spent a week at The Admiral Hotel in Sorrento and this hotel is truly a gem that I recommend highly! The property is clean, spacious, quiet and has a beautiful view of The Bay of Naples
The bedroom was comfortable and everything worked great (I had a nice balcony overlooking The Bay). Breakfast is served buffet style with lots of great options and everything is baked fresh
They were the best part of the stay: courteous, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism elevated the whole experience
I had a fabulous stay for 1 week at Hotel Admiral. It is a quaint lovely hotel overlooking the Bay of Naples and an easy walk to the main square of Sorrento
Very nice, clean hotel, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was in an excellent location, close to the train station, close to some good restaurants and cafes, and close to the meeting spots for our tours
Finally had a room with working AC! Although electric interruptions occured daily, it wasn't a deal breaker. The room was spacious and fit my needs. The surrounding area is full of food and adventure
Great, clean centrally based hotel. Perfectly situated for exploring Sorrento. The staff were helpful and breakfast was ample. Would recommend.
Great little place to stay in the bustling city of Sorrento. Very nice rooms and perfectly working AC! You can walk anywhere in this city.
We did try the breakfast at the hotel one morning, but it was okay, and I'd recommend going to a cafe for breakfast
The staff was very friendly and gave us a coupon for the restaurant next door where we had a very delicious lunch
The pool was amazing - the cleanest pool I've seen
Stayed at this hotel for 11 nights last July and had a lovely time. Most of the staff seem to be related and were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the shower and they moved us straight away, no hassle
The front of the hotel isn't particularly outstanding and the roads are a danger due to erratic scooter riders but once you go in, the lounge, patio and pool areas are really nice and very clean
Top tip: make sure you ask for a room with a sea view otherwise you will be on the road side which is most unpleasant, dirty and smelly from all the cars, scooters and motorbikes
My husband and i had a great experience. A lovely hotel with exceptional customer service. The reception team were warm and so helpful they went out of there way to help. The balcony rooms offer fantastic views
We didn't eat in every night, as we wanted to explore Sorrento night life, but the nights we did the food was very good. We paid half board which included all evening meals but chose to eat out some nights
what sum it up for us is that the management even went the extra mile by returning one of our forgotten items by posting it over to London were we live few days after our leave! We recommend this family run hotel to everyone looking for a quiet yet a throw of stone place from the main city square
Travelling through Italy for 2 weeks now and this has been the best experience and stay we’ve had ! The refood restaurant was divine too, hotel is ran very clean, going above and beyond to make sure you’re happy ! This hotel deserves more than to only be a 3 star hotel
We had a warm and home feel stay at Hotel Savoia this summer, which is run by the kind and caring Rosa, who took care of every single request and added the icing on the cake to our experience in Sorrento
Just come back from here after a short holiday with my daughter. Lovely little hotel with old fashioned charm. It was clean and only a short walk to the town, beach club and rail station
The affiliate restaurant also owned by the Savanese family, ReFood, was incredible. We enjoyed the best dinner of our entire month-long tour of Italy at this lovely restaurant in the center of Sorrento
The lady in charge took to my daughter who had organised the trip straightaway and as well as giving us lots of useful advice also made my daughters day by telling me how beautiful she was
Breakfast was included however you were given vouchers to use at a cafe around the corner and you could only exchange it for a drink and a croissant. The mini bar is also just stocked with water, nothing else
If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—book it! Starace Guesthouse is a gem, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you, Maria and team, for making our anniversary so special!
The location of this hotel is excellent. Right in the centre with everything on the doorstep. Rooms were clean and spacious. We had 1 room for 2 and 1 for 3. Bed was firm but comfy I thought
Bathroom was ok in the room for 2. It was clean but had quite bad black mould around the window and on the ceiling. If this was dealt with it would look much better. Bathroom in other room was fine though and huge
Hugely useful location (don't ignore the back street for access in and out when you're tired of the hubbub of the main road - quiet and quick!)

Two bedrooms with good sized double beds, modern bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Very clean and secure property. It's next to one of the main roads, but when windows are closed, it's not that noisy.
We had a great one night stay! A fantastic location for getting into Sorrento as well as having good free parking and multiple seating areas for guests. Breakfast was a good variety and the staff were welcoming
Would definitely stay again! We had a huge balcony too!
Pool was nice and it was very close to the centre of Sorrento and the train station. However very disappointed to be charged 40 euros for the use of 2 towels on our last day
The hotel also wanted to charge us a further 40 euros to have clean towels to use in the pool side shower cubicle which we challenged
Substantial breakfast _ I particularly liked the good array of fruit and selection of cakes _ a holiday indulgence!! Nice balconies and a small rooftop terrace. About six minutes walk from the old town
Impeccably clean and charmingly decorated ( shades of blue and pristine white) hotel
Other than that it was a pleasant stay and I would stay here again. Many places around Europe and Asia. I have found that regardless if when you are booking it states air conditioning they control it for cost saving
It has great facilities, we loved the pool and also the pool bar. It’s perfectly situated for everything
We loved our stay at Hotel Tourist. Check in was quick and easy and reception staff were always friendly and happy to help. Our room was very comfortable and clean
It was comfortable in the evening after the sun went down, but several days during my stay If you came back to the room during midday it was uncomfortable
It really would not have needed the air conditioning running but just a fan to move some air around. I did have to go into town and purchase a small fan

The rooms are very clean and comfortable & the bathrooms have lovely amenities provided. We stayed in a superior room which had its own terrace which was a beautiful place to relax in the sun
We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Marziale in Sorrento. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, with a luxurious atmosphere that feels like staying in a medieval castle
The staff were absolutely lovely, kind, welcoming, and helpful one by one. Everything felt elegant, warm, and well taken care of
They do not have a pool but they do have a property closely by that has a pool for utilization
This hotel was a big treat for us! So beautiful and the best location! So close to the cliffs, sunsets, shops, walk to Tasso square, so many restaurants!
Exceptional
This hotel is phenomenal. The room was spacious and everything we expected. The employees at the front desk go above and beyond

The room was very spacious and clean.
The host was incredibly nice and helpful.
Location was good, about 7 mins from the center of Sorrento.
Great value for the money.
Very nice host. Room is very clean and nice. Close to city center (5min by foot)
Realy big room very friendly owner superb view on Vesivio
The little balcony overlooking the street down below was a nice touch! Breakfast was great with a lot of different options, though you have to get there on the earlier side for any hot food to be left! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
With the windows closed in my room, I couldn't hear the hustle and bustle, making my hotel stay comfortable!
Just one step away from the busy street is the courtyard where the reception is located
This is a wonderful hotel that will stay in my memory forever!
The location is on a busy street lined with souvenir shops and restaurants, so there's no shortage of shopping and dining
The excitement is incredible, even from this courtyard. I climbed the stone staircase to my room. It may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties
We had an amazing stay here! The room was large and comfortable and could not be a more convenient location
However, the stone steps are charming, and my expectations grew with each climb
Breakfast is delivered on a tray each morning, at an agreed time and the croissants are sometimes still warm! The rooms are very comfortable and contemporary and despite being on the main road the doors and shutters block out most of the traffic noise
What a beautiful stay we had here, very close to everything , all within walking distance. Breakfast was beautiful each morning. Guided travel book that was sent to me was amazing from them or where to eat/drink/see
I wish the property was as advertised. No 24 hour desk so I had to wait for check in. Also said pool but you had to pay to use a pool that belongs to an actual hotel
This s a perfectly located spot in Sorrento, just a 5 minute walk to the station and the town centre. The rooms are certainly bijou, but well appointed and comfortable (loved the bed)
A lovely breakfast was delivered to our room each morning by a very kind gentleman, and our room was attractive and immaculate! We had other destinations after our stay but knew no one would treat us as well as Maria Teresa and Bougainvillea Relais!
Our experience started the minute we booked our holiday, Maria was in touch with us within hours of booking to offer information regarding transfers and excursions and this level of customer care continued throughout our stay
Staff was helpful and accommodating. Room was cleaned daily and breakfast was provided including specialty coffees. Location was excellent, half a block to many restaurants and shopping! Would definitely stay here again!
Great place! Very clean, in an optimal location. Room was spacious and staff was friendly. I also enjoyed breakfast, good assortment of cheeses, fruit, and cereal as well as pastries. Don’t hesitate to book this!
The hotel is located in the city center. The rooms are large, clean, and bright. You can see the city view from the balcony. It's very convenient to go anywhere, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs
Highly recommend this spacious family room. The hotel has excellent cleanliness standards and serves a very good breakfast buffet. All staff were very friendly and helpful
The hotel was in a great location very walkable.
Roberto and staff were always very helpful and accommodating.
I would highly recommend staying at Palazzo Tritons.
Wonderful hotel in Sorrento
Amazing hotel! Made us feel welcome. The staff is friendly and Ana super helpful with aquatinting us with beautiful Sorrento.
Two nice girls work at the reception in turns, will answer all questions. From the hotel to everything is within easy reach. Excellent place for a few days, for an acceptable price
Great and Cozy place! Workers are super kind and available. Rooms are clean and big. I will be back here surely!
Everything is great, except that the Wi-Fi is not very good
Add to that a recommendation for reliable airport transfers for our whole group all of this
made the experience for our group of 11 one to remember. Thank you Pilazzo Tasso staff you were amazing
I really liked the hotel, in the very center of the old city. Good atmosphere both in the room and in the whole hotel. Clean, daily cleaning and change of towels
Within 10 steps there is a 25-year-old family-style Italian restaurant, recommended for seafood pasta, if you are Asian may not be suitable for green sauce pasta, has a bitter taste, need to wait for a while at night to get a seat
Not far from the train and bus station, an amazing beach (La Marinella) is 10 minutes away, there are supermarkets and amazing restaurants around
Villa Rosa is place like garden house at sorrento. Also a lot of facilities (supermarket, fish store, train station and tasso plaza) located in 500m. Acess to walk on or via bus B at sorrento train station
Stayed here September 2017 was far better than the hotel the rest of my family stayed at and way cheaper. Close to everything ,super clean ,great restaurants nearby. Looking forward to staying again.
Wonderful!
Amazing, Monica was very nice to us. She helped us a lot, gave us restaurant recommendations in the city. We really enjoyed it. The room is very well equipped. Super pleasant.
Little things we notice such as plugs on both sides of the bed Service is amazing the staff kept asking us what they could do for us. I plan to return to this property
A perfect place to stay if you are looking for something authentic. A family owned business with an amazing owner who gives her all to every customer
We were both taken aback by the quality of the food and the service we received from William himself and in particular Francesco, I had the sea bass which Francesco expertly prepared on a small extension to our table, we will both definitely return
This was a wonderful stay with my family! Location was amazing, close to everything - shops, restaurants, and the port where all the ferries and beaches are
The lift to the beach & ferries is a 10-15 minute walk. We easily walked to meet up points for our scheduled tours. I have nothing negative to stay except I wish we could have stayed longer!
Found a lovely cheap cafe, where we went for coffee amd cornetto (croissant) which only cost 9 euro for 2 and drinks. Cant wait to go back, highly recommend, especially if you want to see old italy
We enjoyed our time at Old Taverna. The room was above the restaurant in the heart of shopping & restaurants. Being our first visit to Sorrento, it was perfect being in the heart of all the action
Street is not drivable (pedestrians only) so be prepared to walk all your luggage from the drop off point, about 5-10 minutes in our case, on cobblestone
The junior suite option at the hotel offered fantastic views of the Square and although with balcony doors open it gave a birds eye view and noisy ambiance, this was immediately cut once the doors were closed thanks to their triple glazing, so best of both worlds! Staff were excellent, offering recommendations and could not do enough at checking in and would highly recommend this central location,...
Also worth mentioning they organised one-way transport from Naples Airport via a MPV taxi which was superb. The driver was local and extremely knowledgeable chatting to us on the way to the hotel and giving us some tips
Staff was on top of your needs, they would set up trips, gave great food recommendations, the breakfast was amazing, healthy options, and great pastries. Lots of fruit, and even offer scrambled eggs daily
Wonderful location, friendly staff that are very helpful in whatever you ask..Have stayed quite a few times and have never been disappointed.
But their specialty was cappuccino with a chocolate foam heart. The place was spotless and your room smelled so fresh after they cleaned it
Our stay was amazing. The location, hotel staff, room, and breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Highly recommended!
The highlight of our trip to Italy! Beautiful accomodations, everything is brand new and clean and roomy. Location is a little far from the city center, but manageable. We had a washer in our room and a drying rack
As you will find with most Italian bed and breakfasts, the "breakfast" consists of snacks and is not a true breakfast, though they give you fresh snacks daily. You won't regret staying there
Absolutely recommended accomodation! Centrally located, great people and service: Serena, Renata and Marianna have been very welcoming, the rooms are very clean and spacious enough, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom very very clean and modern
Although the location is a little farther from the city centre, it is still totally walkable. The room was cleaned every day, and snacks were also provided daily, which was a nice touch
The price was reasonable, and it had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely recommend this B&B to our friends and family — 5 stars!
Check in was smooth we had a wonderful stay, had a slow morning, used the coffee expresso machine to make cappuccino and chilled in the front porch, it was lovely
she explained to us all about the hotel, showed us the room, and then a bit about Sorrento, where to eat, what to see, where is the best spot to see the sunset, how to get to the ferry, and etc
The one thing that stands out most with this B+B is the host Ilaria she is very warm and welcoming with nothing being too much trouble. The Rooms are clean warm comfortable and well equipped
the hotel is close to the train station and bus terminal (also flix bus), but it would take 15-20 minutes to walk to the ferry to Capri. our bus ran late and it was so good that the staff was waiting for us at the door
The personnel were great. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and offered additional help with check-out times, storing luggage, etc,
Awesome breakfast, great location, clean and safe. The family who owns this is so nice and attentive. They helped give us restaurant recs that were delicious (go to Da Franco for pizza)
Liked the location. Everything was close by. The walls are a little thin and easy to hear other people but other than that, the staff was great. Ilaria was very nice, the breakfast lady was amazing.
Perfect Location/Beautiful Room with Balcony!
We had a great experience at Aquae, first, we missed our check in window, which was completely my bad, but Rita, was so gracious, came back to the property and was super helpful and understanding making sure we were settled!
Our stay at Aquae Romanae was truly wonderful. The space is beautiful, very comfortable, and full of character. Everything was spotless and well cared for. Rita is a fantastic host — warm, helpful, and very thoughtful
We loved staying Aquae Romanae. This place is but maybe a min away from the train station. The unit is perfect for two people, has its own balcony, most importantly, the AC worked and the staff was very welcoming
The location is the best! steps from Piazza Angelina Lauro and not even 3 min from the train station. Room was super clean, comfortable, space for all our belongings, fridge, safe and even a his and hers sinks
Balcony was spacious and beautiful to have a cocktail in the evening. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, it ticks all the right boxes for location, cleanliness and assistance from the host
Beautiful place situated in a fantastic spot for visiting Sorrento. Extremely close to the train station and to the ferry port which is so nice when you have luggage. Absolutely would stay again!!
