Housekeeping is not made to work with guests, she is very unfriendly. She try to treat you like she is your mother and i feel very unconfortable to stay in this hotel. If you want to feel welcome, choose another place to stay.

One of the Best hotels of my 5 week trip in Italy! Close to the ferry , nice walk to the lift to the town square! Wish I could have stayed longer….til next time!

Staying here is like being in a very exclusive club as it has an almost hidden entrance. We had the junior suite which was well appointed with a fabulous balcony overlooking the Marina Piccolo. Breakfast in the dining room was plentiful and you could have eggs cooked to order. Federico was brilliant at organising all our trips, including Capri, Amalfi Coast, Pompeii and Herculaneum and even getting us to the opera in style! The location is perfect as the best way to get around was by boat. With only 3 guest rooms we feel lucky to have stayed there. Very highly recommended!

The check in wasn't perfect therefore you need to arrange your arrival with Fedreico for the check in which suits you.
Very clean and an excellent guest house with wonderful views. Fedreico and the lady who serves the breakfast were very nice , friendly and helpful. I just wanted to stay for ever to watch the magic views. Best cup of tea on the balcony. Just one more thing, if you try to buy a SITA bus ticket from Sorrento train station they will try to sell you return even if you ask for a single ticket , not very nice and dishonest .

Great location and views here! We took the ferry from Naples and did not have to worry about trying to transport luggage since B&B is right off the port. The location also makes it convenient to travel to areas nearby such as Capri. Ligia was very friendly with us and Federico was great at making us feel comfortable and recommendations. He is able to help book excursions as well! Location is great only 15–20-minute walk to restaurants and shopping with a view as you walk along shoreline. Would stay here again, thank you so much!

We stayed at Yacht Club Capo Servo. The location is excellent for anyone taking an early morning ferry to Capri. The building itself had character and our room had a balcony with great views of the harbour. The room would be what I would term basic (so-so sheets, only one roll of toilet paper that we could find and it, too, was very basic). There were no grace notes to speak of. The owner was helpful in sorting out where our ferry would depart from. For 355 euros per night it was a little disappointing. Still, not a bad place by any means.

Amazing room with a wonderful view. Federico was an outstanding host who helped with restaurant suggestions, booked a ferry to Capri, and even arranged our transportation back to Naples. The whole experience was first class!! We were sad to leave such a wonderful and beautiful place!! We highly recommend!!!!

Just loved this place. Our room was so tastefully decorated and we had our own outdoor terrace where we could eat breakfast while watching the boats come and go. So nice to hear the sea as you go to sleep. Very easily accessible by train, bus and boat, and away from the crowds. Frederico and Lydia were perfect hosts.

Our only regret about our stay in Sorrento is that we did not stay longer! Our stay at the Yacht Club Capo Cervo Suites B&B in Sorrento has been one of the highlights of our European trip so far. The location is excellent. Located right on the water and close to the ferry port, the rooms have ocean views and are modern and beautifully decorated. There are restaurants nearby, and the B&B is also easy to reach the Old town either by walking or taking the lift to town. There are an array of options to choose from for breakfast and Federico was a wonderful host. We can’t wait to return.
