The grounds were beautiful. It is not walkable outside of the hotel so you need to take a bus or get a cab if you do not have a car. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only big issue were the rooms. Ours was very moldy, even the mattresses had mold on them.

The pools were spectacular and the views were incredible! The snack bar staff and front desk staff were very kind and helpful. It was a little difficult to find people to help with luggage and spa services.

This resort is amazing. You get so much more than you pay for. Lots of space. So many great accommodations. The pools are amazing. There’s Total freedom to explore without feeling micromanaged. Common sense rules. I left feeling like I was born again. The only problem is you won’t want to leave the resort to do anything else. I highly recommend.

We had a lovely week at Palazzo Belmonte. It was beautiful, peaceful, and quite quiet as not yet main tourist season and just what the doctor ordered. The staff were helpful and the grounds are magnificent. Lots of space for everyone without being cramped. We loved the beach and being walking distance from great local restaurants. Would highly recommend for rest and relaxation.

Summer stays at Villa Luisa We stayed again after a week in Tuscany and again found the staff super friendly and helpful. It is a short distance from the airport so very convenient. The beach nearby is a plus.

I’ve been to Capri many times. Luckily, I discovered the Hotel Syrene— the best location, a block away from all the shops, restaurants, gelato cafes & transportation. The staff was terrific, and each one was nicer than the next. Plus, my room was beautiful and elegant. The bathroom and amenities are excellent. Loved every moment. This hotel stay was truly fantastic. From the communication of the staff (arrival coordination at the ferry) to the restaurant staff, everything made us feel like we were the only guests at the entire place. Our only regret is only staying for a single night. Be advised however, a porter for bags from the ferry to hotel is a MUST, and at 20 euros per bag can quickly add up. Pack light!

This is our favorite hotel! We stayed here in 2012 and the manager gave us $200 to use until we could get to a bank the next day. My husband’s wallet had been stolen on the bus from Rome. Fantastic Hotel I went there for a few days with a couple of mates and the staff and the service provided was outstanding i would highly recommend and would definitely go again
