The photos were pretty, but when I actually went there, it was just like a motel. The location was remote and humid, so I barely managed to stay one night and leave.

The hotel is quite good. Since we chartered a car for the trip, the hotel was easy to find and was very close to the beach, about a 20-minute walk. The room was just okay, with no view of the sea. The breakfast was great with lots of fruits.

Clean hotel had no problems. Everything is as good or better than expected. Breakfast was very much above average and fresh. Helpful staff who tried their best to please us and spoke some English. We stayed longer than expected because it was so relaxing.

Quality of food at breakfast was fine by international standards, but far below what to expect in Italy. In seven days no variety at all, always the same average quality food, extras on menu (fresh squeezed orange juice for example) very expensive. Fruit out of a fridge instead of fresh daily, fruit juices heavily watered down and sugary. The desserts were good.

This hotel is beautiful and luxurious, however what made the stay so enjoyable is the quality of the staff. They were all very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in the apartments they were basic but clean and pretty. The beach was wonderful as well as the pool. It would be hard if my grandbabies came because there isn't an area for littles in the pool (too deep). However we will return because it really was a great place to stay.

I had a relaxing stay. I was in the area for work, the hotel had everything I needed. The restaurant was ok, I had the meat tasting and it was average. Otherwise the hotel is adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful the pool area was nice as was the dining area. The bathroom in the room was great, nice large rain tree shower, very clean.

Beautiful hotel, great location, amazing rooftop pool, great food, amazing staff and service

Beautiful hotel, clean and comfortable room. Nicely decorated indoor with antiques everywhere. Front desk staffs were especially thoughtful and polite. Transportation was not as convenient as those located beneath the hill but the view made it wrothy for the walk. May take cable car instead if in rush. Breakfast included variety of food, taste was okay.

It was worth the extra money for the view room. The room was comfortably large and clean. I would stay there again.

The most beautiful hotel in all of Naples and you'll love every second. The view is impossible to beat and we spent every second taking photos of the awesome view.

Hotel was in a convenient location with amazing views from the terrace and roof top. Easy access to parts of the city by funiculars that were close by. Downside was that roof top was off limits to guests for two of the three days staying at the hotel. We booked here because of the pool and outdoor terraces and common areas and we could not use these areas because of outside events booked by the hotel...

Some of the lower scores are down to this is an old converted building. However the room had a damp smell and the fittings were not of great standard. Napoli is a busy city and has its own identity so don’t be surprised by the graffiti, busy noises narrow streets. The staff were excellent btw. There is parking available, but be aware driving around the city with its steep and narrow streets provide...

The hotel was beautiful. The history is amazing. The food is not good. We ate there twice. It was very expensive and was not very good. The “burger” was loaded with cheese. I like cheese, but it had a ridiculous amount. We had dinner and it was pretentious.

What a lovely vintage hotel ! There were lots of places to hang out. The warm thermal pool surrounded by a lush tropical garden was beautiful. The staff service was impeccable. The food, as you would imagine an Italian Mama's to be, served in a glass rooftop room with a beautiful view of the sea.I am gluten free and nothing was too much trouble for me to enjoy the experience. Hotel La Villarosa Terme is a real gem! Location is perfect everything you need or need to get to right outside front door. The hotel is a beautiful old and quirky hotel tons and tons of real old world charm. Rooms are super comfortable and very clean, but if you're looking for modern hotel this is not for you. The grounds and thermal pool are also beautiful! Everyone working at La Villarosa is excellent...

Lovely quaint hotel. Staff excellent in bar and front desk, particularly Marina, who never tired of answering our questions in very good English. Excellent location for shops, cafes, restaurants and transport. Best of all sitting in the peaceful garden next to the thermal pool...and swimming in it. A wonderful hotel with a thermal pool, comfortable rooms, delicious dinners on the roof with a magical view. The main thing is that all the staff are incredibly nice people! Of the minuses - bad Wi-Fi. And one more thing... this is not a minus, but a wish - to make breakfasts a little more varied. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

This lovely hotel is very well staffed with the most helpful and courteous people. The garden is stunning and the thermal pool is very refreshing. There is a poolside bar and the barman is absolutely legendary. A very interesting and accommodating fellow. The room was nice and clean with an superb view. The location is great with easy access to the main shopping street and to the beach. The hotel grounds are lovely and peaceful. The bar staff are amazing and so accommodating. The food served is good with a good range of even meal options. Beach chairs and umbrellas are now free for use.
