Close to exhibition centre. But dirty and loud

While I did not have a mainly negative experience, I found there to be a couple of issues that impacted on my stay. The facilities from what I experienced would make the hotel more of a 3 star than 4, I found the interior to be a little tired. The lack of immediate easy public transport meant several long walks to the train station which is 30 min walk away including twice with luggage which was not fun in mid 20 degree weather.

Otherwise I found the staff to be helpful and there to be a good selection available for the breakfast and If you would like to be near the Napoli football stadium the location is pretty perfect

It was okay but I would not recommend it for a Honeymoon. The staff is friendly but everything is a bit old and outdated. The breakfast room is not very pretty- no daylight. But the coffee is okay.

This hotel was decent in the sense the room was nice had basic amenities and friendly staff. However the location is awful to experience Naples and our room stank of pickles, along with the green decor we called it the “pickle room”. The area is extremely run down and a long walk to the station. We had to get the bedsheet changed because it was dirty. I would recommend avoiding unless you particularly came for the area. But if like us you think to go here to experience Naples don’t.

The hotel is very nice, but they said have a swimming pool and i can see in the picture of the pool in website and the hotel don’t have. I was very disappointed

BUYER BEWARE this hotel is terrible! I got it on Hotwire last minute in Naples assuming it would be near the town. I was with my mother. The hotel is a 30 minute plus metro ride away and the hotel it self is a 25 minute walk from the closest metro station. It is also in a terrible part of town that is unsafe for any tourist especially with family. The hotel doesn’t make any of this clear. It also boasts a 4 star rating but the outside is actually disgusting. You are in a scary neighborhood and the building is decrepit. We were so scared we never got out of the taxi and instead have the taxi bring us back to Naples station and we got a refund. Please please please DO NOT go to this hotel if you are a tourist in Naples. Spend a few extra dollars, stay in town, and thank me later.

Nice room, and view (except during rainstorm!).

Hot tub was lovely, but surrounds very slippery (be careful!)

Restaurant not open, which was a shame, but breakfast pretty good choice.

Local area a bit downbeat...

for us who had to go to the stadium this structure was ideal also because it had parking. We left the car and enjoyed excellent service. Room, staff and breakfast noteworthy. We know where to stay on a possible next trip to Naples.
