I don't know how this hotel can claim to be a 4 star hotel, at best it might be a 2 star.
The room itself was no bigger than 8 sqm and to that you can add 4 sqm for the bathroom.
It was impossible to shower without touching the shower curtain so small in the shower.
Using the toilet you would have the towel from the towel rack in your face.
The room at had view into the neighbouring buiding and their aircondioning unit 1.5meters away from the room.
For electrivity there is a pin with the key, which did not work unless you litterally stood and hold the pin.
As the room was small you could still watch TV but a little inconvenient in the long run.
First and last time I have stayed here.

Close to walk to train station and great front desk staff but this is a 2 star facility at best. Outdated and musty. Clean but needs to be updated.

I liked it very much. It is very successful in terms of both its location and its attention. I can recommend it to those who would like to choose one of the affordable hotels in the region.

It was close to the station and the staff were very friendly.
Breakfast was served at the cafe next door, and when I went there first thing in the morning there was almost nothing left. There were no side plates either. They would bring each item if you requested it, but it was so poorly made that I left midway through. I didn't eat there on my second night.

I had already been here a year ago and it was great. Unfortunately, this time we had rooms facing the street and the environment is very noisy. In addition, the breakfast room was under "maintenance" and we were unable to enjoy the great breakfast I had the first time. Breakfast was served in a cafe next door where the service was deplorable. It would have been correct to inform us of this change before our arrival.

The hotel facilities are very old and in the old town, so it is not very comfortable to stay.

location not far from train station but area is a bit rough at nite. booked twin bed but was given double & staff said request info not reached them. per our request, we left packed baggage in double room & requested to change & arrange baggage to twin room once available as we went out. tho good news was room changed but they did not know where our baggage were. finally baggage found & staff did not help to get baggage from their storage room ie literally no service at all. breakfast was very very basic, not reckon as standard. room was small

Hotel is quite old. Furniture is dirty. Service is awful. Breakfast was disappointing. In whichever criteria, this shouldn't be any star hotel. Especially too expensive for tiny room and tiny shower. So tiny that it is very limiting to even move around.

Great location in Naples right by L'antica pizza da michele and other nice restaurants in the historic center, the 24/7 staff was very helpful and booked us a taxi for a very early flight, clean and comfortable rooms albeit slightly old.
