Relaxing stay with large and clean room, elegant and romantic common areas, beautiful garden with lots of green, free WiFi everywhere, very good the breakfast ( so good the Mario's coffee).. Excellent location very quiet and easy to go the city center, the super welcoming staff!!! After two days I felt like at home.. Thanks for everything, thanks for all the best suggestions.

The front desk service is very good. There is a large parking lot and it is very convenient nearby.

How this is a 4 star hotel is beyond me. It’s maybe 2 star. The rooms are extremely old, clean for the age but old. There is 0 service. The internet is not working. It makes no sense to stay here even for 1 night for work.

Bad choice
I needed to spend a night in the area and unfortunately it went badly. Old and low-level structure. Breakfast completely needs to be reviewed not to mention the restaurant, choice between only 2 dishes and also badly prepared. Simple room and heated by a noisy air conditioner. I'm sorry for the very polite staff, but we need to be realistic...

At check in the receptionist was very kind and professional, Thank you Lucia☺️
Unfortunately the room was old with two single beds attached instead of a double as requested, it had a broken blanket and the furniture was all chipped and old, the shower in the bathroom had a patina of black mold in the corners; It was embarrassing and a total shame. At checkout the manager asked us how we were, I simply told her embarrassing since I was a foreigner. Being from the area and wanting to be close to my family I booked there believing that the rooms were of a standard like the reception, the manager replied that if I wanted something better I had to go to the center of Naples, but once again I was not talking about the area since I know it very well but about the hotel room. It is definitely not worth 120 euros a night, the maximum 50 euros for the precarious conditions of the room!!!

Everything about this hotel is dirty, old and worn out. Room was dirty bed was hard and no hot water at night. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay at this dump.

This hotel is recommended by a friend in Naples. It is a bit far from the city center, but the No. 169 bus at the door goes directly to the city center. I can't praise the hotel's breakfast and facilities, but I can only say that they are just okay.
