Could have been very good if not for the nightmare drilling through the morning / afternoon throughout my stay!!! Imagine paying to go away on holiday for a few days peace and relaxation & that’s all you hear throughout the day, especially after a belly full of breakfast!!! It really annoyed me & took all shine off the stay!
Highlights for anyone planning a stay here is its close proximity to the Metro - Centro Direzionale, it’s accessible from elevator level 0.
NOTE: Reception area is on elevator level -2, which is where arrive if by taxi or bus. I stayed in the 17th floor which has a decent view, see pictures.
The breakfast is decent albeit repetitive, good selections available & runs till 10am, the bar isn’t just opposite the breakfast area. These are on elevator level 0.
From this level you can head outside to some restaurants/cafes and the Metro - Centro Direzionale is here too.
There’s also a nightclub called THE WALL just outside in this area too.
I’m sure the maintenance isn’t a permanent thing, but it ruined this particular stay for me, there was little management could do other than say sorry!!

The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located right next to the subway entrance on the second floor, making getting around super easy. It's only one stop away from the central station, which is both safe and convenient. The best part is the free mini-bar in the room, stocked with water, Coke, and beer – that's just fantastic! Unlike my last trip to Rome where there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room. Highly recommend! 👍

The hotel overall was decent. It has two entrances: one underground, which leads to the lobby and is surrounded by a slum area, and another at ground level, which opens up to the financial district.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the newly opened subway station. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. It felt a little dated, but overall, it was still fantastic.

It was a good hotel but a bit far from the center. Room was tidy but we found a small cockroach on our 2nd night but the crew cleaned up when we requested. Bottled water are provided daily. Enjoyed our stay!

It’s our first time traveling in Napoli. It’s a nice city and I am so satisfied with the location of the hotel since it’s very close to the train station.

The hotel is located in the Centro Direzionale district. There is a metro stop just 300m from the hotel. In some maps this station looks still under construction but it has been open some time ago and it works perfectly. From here with the metro you can reach the center of Naples in about 10 minutes.
The hotel is really nice, clean, and the staff is great. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are well soundproofed. I slept really well. The breakfast is great, don't miss the local mozzarella and the mini sfogliatella Napoletana! Food and drinks are good and for a honest price. The airport is 3km away, so is a quick taxi ride.
The central station is 1 metro stop away. Enjoy this beautiful city.

Facilities: Great, as expected from a major chain. Hygiene: Very clean and well-maintained, quite impressive. Service: Very satisfied. Environment: Naples itself can be a bit messy, but this location is very close to the train station, which is a big plus.

Where do I start? Location: it's kind of in a business center, so on weekends it's dark and empty. There's really nothing to do around there. I have the hotel 2 stars since there is a metro station about 10 minutes away. Normally it's ok, but not when you carry luggage. Rooms: big disappointment, our room was not cleaned properly, the floor was dirty. The toilet didn't flush right and the waste baskets lid didn't open. Rooms are very small and smelled a bit. Housekeeping didn't replenish everything everyday. TV had mostly Italian talk shows, or one channel with old movies dubbed in Italian.
Service: slow. Long time to check in, or check out. The hotel doesn't have any lotion, very strange.
Breakfast want bad, but if you stay there for a few days: same food every day. One (1) coffee machine, so there's a line every morning.
The bar on site: it's ok if you like to overpay for cheap drinks. The house wine ('local vintage') was awful. On another day we ordered Limoncello: the waiter told us how great the stuff is, again from a local company: it was trash. Overpriced cheap product. The service wasn't great at all, but you get charged the same regardless.
If you come to Naples go elsewhere

The hotel is a bit old. When I first checked in, the room's cleanliness was quite subpar. After complaining to the front desk, they promptly rectified it. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options, and the taste was good.
