stains on the bedsheets, extremely dirty fridge, dirty floor and walls, undefinable stains on the blinds, a window that didn’t open properly, moldy shower that’s falling apart, loose hair in the bathrooms, and the list goes on…
this place was awful! we had to pay 20€ for late check-in (after 8pm) only to be greeted by someone who didn’t even speak a word of english. the lady was very nice though. the beds were worn down, the whole space could use a remodel. no one seemed to clean anything. no service whatsoever, way too expensive for the dirty room you’ll get.

Gialel B&B was Amazing! If you don't mind walking a little bit. You will be staying at a very clean and nice neighborhood for a low price. The service was exceptional and they have great running water and hot shower. We were able to walk to the termini, Trevi Fountain, Metro to vatican, and bus to coliseum in a matter of minutes! I would suggest this place to anyone ! 5 out of 5!

Favorable position to reach in a quarter of an hour to walk to the railway station Roma Termini, is in the centre of Rome such as the Trevi Fountain or the Piazza di Spagna. Also very close to the beautiful Villa Borghese gardens and the Hard Rock. The b&b is run by a family very friendly and kind, ready to help at the slightest request. The room in which we stayed, me and my friend was rather clean more than that wide. Another positive note: Wi-Fi free of charge.

The price of our stay was fantastic and the girl who checked us in was really helpful. We had a room with a private bathroom which was cosy, but you generally get what you pay for, however you won't be spending much time inside anyway.
My issues with this room was that it wasn't completely clean as there was some murkiness on the walls and around the shower area and a few maintenance issues like the refrigerator not being on or the shower head not being secure. The room wasn't very well sound proofed either so you could hear absolutely everything in the hallway which was rather frustrating when you're heading to sleep.
The location is amazing, the area is quiet, clean and pretty. Everything is within less than an hour walking distance; 10mins to the Termini, Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain, 25mins to the Colosseum & about 45mins to the Vatican. I would ignore public transport and just walk, everything is so pretty on the way.
There are a number of good places to eat really close by that are honest and much less expensive than the tourist trap as you enter the center of Rome. There is also a smallish supermarket close by with really cheap prices!

Within walking distance of Trevi Fountain and most of the other main attractions. Close to restaurant. Have to share a bathroom. Food was not included in Online booking price. Slightly complicated key entry into building and then room. Worked great as we spent little time in the room.

There was no attendant at 9am, had to call the number to get someone there. Room is okay, there are 2 shared bathrooms unless you pick a room with private bathroom. Location is not near much.

Room was very basic, I needed to hold the shower head while showering because it wouldn't fit in the holder and would fall and hit me otherwise. No air conditioning only a loud fan and located on a busy street so an open window meant I couldn't sleep with the noise of traffic. Elevator was too small to fit multiple people and bags, wifi dropped out often as well. Won't be coming back again, shame as I had been here before the new owner and enjoyed my stay.

The place was relatively cheap, also it's situated very well (near Bernini palace) but unfortunately they were not always able tp privide us with accurate information, also laguage storage sort of failed.

The location is not ideal, the front desk is not open during the hours advertised and customer service could be better. The place is clean.
