I stayed here for 12 nights and loved every minute. This hotel was exactly what I was looking for, full of charm and character. I stayed in the attic room which had beautiful views over the rooftops of Rome. Yes, there are stairs but I found them very manageable. The location is perfect, walkable to all major attractions, with bus stops very close as well. A big thank you to Harrison whose manner and willingness to help are exceptional. Also thank you, Zen, who was there on weekends. My home away from home in Rome.

We LOVED this cozy B&B. Check-in was easy, location was amazing, and the room was very comfy and clean. Harrison at reception was very welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home.

Fantastic location. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Air conditioning struggled during the day as I had a rooftop room. Could be an issue in summer.

Fantastic hotel just a few minutes walk from Piazza Navona. My room was clean and the bed really comfortable. There was a fridge and safe in the room which were very handy. The host was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him and he was able to give advice around where to find great eateries, best bus to take etc. I’ve been to Rome a few times and I’m sorry I hadn’t experienced this hotel sooner. Will definitely be booking here for my next visit to Rome in the not too distant future.

The host, Harrison, was incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment we arrived, he provided us with plenty of useful information, including recommendations for nearby restaurants, delicious gelato, pasta spots, and even a laundry shop. His thoughtful service made our stay even more enjoyable.
The room was spotless and well-maintained, making us feel comfortable and at ease. We were also very lucky to have sunny weather throughout our trip, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location of the accommodation was extremely convenient, allowing us to explore the city and enjoy local cuisine with ease.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay! If we ever return to Rome, we would love to stay here again.

Huge room, great staff. Terrifying lift.
Newly renovated rooms, with great bathrooms, lots of space and Netflix on the TVs.
Location was good, and walkable to or from most of the main attractions. Taxi found it no problems.
Staff were always suggesting things and offering to help.

Small charming hotel located in the historic center a stone's throw from Place Navonne and despite everything very quiet for a good night's sleep. Warm welcome and decent breakfast.
