Relais Vatican Hotel staff and management;

My family and I had the most wonderful experience, courteous, generous and outstanding experience.

The employees were amazing and provided all their care and detailed attention to our questions and needs.

This was the most pleasant experience in any vacation that we have taken so far. Vince and main lady receptionist were outstanding.

Awesome place in rome to stay.

Stayed here for 4 nights while visiting the vatican. It’s super close! Breakfast was great and Lily was an excellent host, she was very attentive!

Wonderful place with an amazing location and super helpful staff!
I had a wonderful 6-night stay in the Vatican Real Relais! The hotel is just at the doorstep of St Peter's Basilica in a quiet well-lit street, and then when you turn a corner all the action is there. It's so conveniently located within easy reach of buses and the metro, and there are shops all around. The staff is super nice and friendly and helpful. Highly recommend as a non-touristy and quiet place to rest that is super near everything you want to see in Rome and the Vatican.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and it was AMAZING! We stayed in a room with a balcony and loved having breakfast on the terrace. The staff is absolutely wonderful, providing help and assistance when needed. They provided us a private car to pick us up from the airport (which we inquired about), which was much appreciated since the airport is a tad confusing. The breakfast was good, with your typical foods of toast, some meats, croissants, and a few breakfast treats. The location is excellent - right next to the Vatican and all the shops. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!!

We LOVED our stay here! The front desk staff are so kind and helpful, and the free breakfast was great. Lots of options, including gluten free / dairy free / vegetarian if needed. We couldn't figure out how to turn the jacuzzi on, and one of the staff members immediately came to help us (this was after hours, too!). The room also had A/C and a towel warmer, which we appreciated. Everything was immaculately clean. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to anyone visiting Rome. Get the spa bath room if you're traveling as a couple! It's so nice after a long day walking around.

Great for English speaking tourists. Very close to the Vatican. They helped us get a taxi when ours did not show up. They even had umbrellas we could borrow on the rainy day. I loved the balcony overlooking the street even tho it was too chilly to eat outside.

It's close to the Vatican Museum entrance, and there are a lot of good restaurants. And the room was comfortable.

Very pleasant stay! Superb location and friendly staff, we appreciated VIP upgrade with bottle of champagne as well as flexible check-in and check-out options. Breakfast was delivered to the room due to Covid, very basic selection but it gave us everything we actually needed. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

My husband and I stay here for 4 nights. The room is rather small but very clean. The staff were very friendly and pleasant. Great location. 10 mins walk to the Vatican city. The meeting places for all our other tours were very close to the hotel too. Lots of restaurants close to the hotel.
