B&B Casa Der Poeta in Rome

We were a group of 10 traveling for a long week-end in Rome. We had the entire place to ourselves which was perfect for us. The location is very close to the metro station on line A which made it easy to access all the important sights. Nearby there are supermarkets, several cafeteria and also good options for restaurants. Luca gave us enough information on how to reach everything. Highly recommend, especially for larger groups. Good value for money.

Wonderful location right next to metro. Not in a touristy area. Good markets and places to eat nearby. The host was very helpful in obtaining parking, explaining the local area and the best places to see in Rome.

I was in Rome for work, and given its location, I had no hesitation in booking the room. It's an excellent location for getting around the Vatican and beyond. It's just a few meters from the Metro A (red line), allowing you to visit Rome's city center in just a few minutes. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable, with en-suite bathrooms. The building and the spacious rooms are excellently clean.
The most interesting feature is the friendliness and kindness of the property's manager/owner. He's an excellent person, serious and precise, and also very friendly, who immediately puts you at ease, advising you on how to get around Rome. What can I say? Next time I return to this beautiful city, I won't hesitate to book here at CASA DER POETA again. TOP!

I was in Rome last weekend with my best friend. We had a great time at Luca's B&B!
The rooms are very quiet, thanks to new, efficient double-glazed windows: as soon as you close them, the city noise disappears and you can rest easy! The bed is extremely comfortable, the room very clean: when we entered, there was a strong, clean smell, much appreciated! They unexpectedly changed our towels, and the cleaning lady was very kind to us.
The balcony with its small table was vital for us, for breakfast and chatting before bed.
The property is located just steps from the metro station and is also well connected by bus. The area is covered by most sharing services, so getting around is not a problem at all—even though my friend had difficulty walking due to a knee problem!
The B&B is equipped with everything you need and offers all guests a coffee machine, which could be a lifesaver when you return home exhausted from all the miles you've driven during the day!
Luca was very kind and helpful, answering all our questions, suggesting places to eat and things to see, and even letting us leave our bags at home on our last day, allowing us to enjoy one last tour of Rome.
We hope to return soon; it was a wonderful time!

I stayed a week at this B&B and I must say fully satisfied! Area equipped with a supermarket open all day, tobacconists where you can make a season ticket for means of transport, Metro A stop under the balcony of the house and also a bus stop. I highly recommend! Very clean and tidy room, quiet without any disturbance, it also has a private bathroom inside. Really satisfied, see you next time! I am very happy to come back

A stone's throw from the metro station, welcoming and quiet rooms

It is a good choice well connected to the center with the A Baldo degli Ubaldi metro station right in front of the building's entrance. Alternatively, several bus stops. Located 10 minutes from the brand new Aura shopping center. The price is the line with the area and the city.
