This establishment surely has some problems. I’m going to list them out. The first and most important is the atrociously bad internet. When it is up and working, only small portions of the already minuscule rooms can connect to the internet. The other part of my stay the internet was completely down and not working. For a traveler who has no reception or service in Italy this was brutal. I woke up in the morning after having no internet the entire previous day in the room, and was unable to order my under to the airport because the internet was STILL down. I should’ve known when I heard multiple other people complaining about the wifi when I first arrived. I had to flag down someone off the street to set up a personal hot spot for me so I could order my Uber and not miss my flight. If you are a traveler without service in Italy DO NOT GO HERE. The internet is brutally bad. To continue on, this establishment should have ‘breakfast’ in quotation marks. They have a few dirt cheap pastries and moldy yogurt. Yes the yogurt has black mold inside of it and I’m sure is still sitting in the fridge right now, my friend almost ate some of it before I let him know that that was mold and not part of the yogurt. If you want a healthy or nutritious or substantial breakfast, this establishment will not suit your needs. Cheap pastries and sweets are the limits of the breakfast here. And I’m my room which was room 4, the toilet seat is completely broken, and I’m not joking when I say this, the toilet is not properly bolted into the floor so it comes off of the floor. A heavier person could easily topple over the toilet completely if they leaned the wrong way just a little. If you are looking for any type of decent standard, do not come here. If you like cheap and barely manageable than maybe you would enjoy this place. Anything over 2 days in this establishment I would consider to be terrible. I should give this place a one star honestly, but I’m feeling nice.

I loved this place. We were four and were very comfortable. It is a beautiful apartment with 2 bathrooms, which worked out great as my wife and I took one, and the other guests took the other. It was SUPER close to the Vatican and close enough to the Hop on Hop off station. We spent 4 days and loved it. I would definitely come back. Paolo very always contacting me to see if everything was alright. It was.

Nice little hotel close to the Vatican. Note that the "hotel" is really just the bottom floor of an apartment building, so if you are going to be loud or disruptive, this is not the place for you. The rooms are nice and modern. There is a small shared kitchen\lounge area that is nice. You can make your own coffee\tea anytime you want.

Very convenient location to the Vatican, St. Peters, and the Roma San Pietro train station (only a 1Euro ride from there to Roma Termini).

Seriously I have no idea why this place has so many good reviews it was a box room in a cellar with a few wrapped items, cereal and coffee pods that they called breakfast. It was dark, noisy and disgusting. whilst the ladies did their best to clean it was mouldy, very small and really NOT fit for purpose. One night was more than enough and whilst the location was good there were many other places offering more beautiful, airy and larger accommodation. The three of us were crammed in such a small bedroom. Three adults with the single bed being a put you up not even a proper bed. The drains leaked causing floods, the shower did not drain properly and the apartment was very noisy as not sound proofed, I suggest you AVOID at all costs

I chose this place as I was on a budget. I have to say you cannot pay for the service we received. The lady was so helpful and attentive that I am surprised this place would ever be anything other than fully booked. We got the terravision bus from the airport €4 (buy your ticket on the right BEFORE you exit the airport) then go outside and join the Q on the far left of the car park. If u miss then u wait another hour. When you arrive at Termini you have to get a number 64 bus walk straight down after getting off airport bus until you reach 'the square)'which you must buy a ticket €1.50 from a machine or a supermarket .The buses are every 6mins ish. Get off at fornaci and the B&B is by buzzer . Rooms are immaculate we where in the building facing first but moved to the original at number 49 and it was quieter on the top floor. We where given a fab breakfast of pastries,croissant,yoghurt,juice each morning at the time requested. The lady even put some in our fridge 'for later'when we had an early start. Free wifi.You are close to the Vatican (go see the pope on a Wednesday,so humbling) Tickets are Free the night before(pick up 4-7pmish off the 2 guards by the gates on the left) Vatican museum tour needs at least 2.30 hours book online while we where there. Go to prosciutto by the Vatican museum €5.50 pasta is amazing to takeaway. And our other find by our room was Pizza House a few doors up from our apartment just passes the Chinese. 85 fornaci where we where hand made the most amazing tomato and olive pizza without cheese(I have allergies) And they do fab pasta too...a must. A taxi was arranged(€50) for our return airport journey as our flight was 7am and the buses don't run that early for termini. (Be at airport 2hrs b4) This place is an amazing find if u don't want to spend a fortune but be comfortable,clean and well located. Ps don't do the open tops u don't need them get a €1.50 bus ticket from the shop by the apartment and the bus stop is right outside and takes u to all the places you need to go just remember to always get the 64 takes u everywhere. Enjoy!
