Luxury Boutique Hotel in Rome

By now the term Luxury is abused and even this b&b has made improper use of it because there is nothing luxurious about it. Soundproofing of the rooms absent as well as the bidet. There is humidity on the walls which you breathe in the air making it heavy. We found totally threadbare towels with huge holes and black mold on the shower seals. Even the handy fridge in the room, all night was making a deafening restarting noise with no way to be turned off. We had high expectations at least on breakfast which was depicted to us as a rich pastry trolley but even there... 4 moist mini pastries, mini tarts, nothing of great flavor. Not even the area is as practical as described, at least 15 euros by taxi from Piazza del Popolo (provided they deigned to come). I'm sorry but the experience was not positive.
