Clean room. Reception man is ready to help. Breakfast was may be not too big but rather tasty - juice, coffee, cruassans cookies and etc. The only I missed was home shoes in the room. But... it is twice cheaper than hotels and room is big enough. Bed is big and comfortable. Smoke area is in the street. I think I will recommend my friends to stop here.

Be careful if you go there. Don't book the room with breakfast included, they will charge you 10 euros, but if you go there, you can get it for 1,50 euros, and the place is really unpleasant and unfriendly. On the other hand, during our stay, they took our food from the fridge and enter into our room without our permission. I think this place is not reliable and the location at night is quite unsafe. The rooms are pretty noisy and the cleanliness of the rooms is poor. It was the biggest deception of our holidays in Rome. We lost our money and didn't sleep well. Please don't go there. You will be regret. Attached the picture of the place you will get the breakfast. It is terrible.

I was there with my husband, It was a big disappointment. We booked it with breakfast, which they charged 10€, but they asked you to go to a "Bar" (3 blocks away) and what they served you cost 1,5€. I think that there are much better B&B to go for the price.

Rooms were ok. The air BNB ad said that wifi would be included but the internet didn't work the whole time. I was only told it was a phone company problem and the owner didn't offer anything to make up for the internet issue. We were travelling from abroad so not having internet was hard for us to plan certain things and we ended up using roaming which added to our costs of our trip.... Only really good thing was the location if you're interested in going to the Vatican.

Everything as promised. Clean and tidy. Friendly service. Only a few rooms, so very limited services. Nearby Cafe for the basic but good quality breakfast.
