The room was so small you had to walk sideways around the bed. The elevator was made in 1920. No inspection certificate. Arrived at the location and had to go, walking, to another building 5 minutes away.

This stay was absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone! We will definitely be back for a longer stay when we visit Rome again. Although there’s no reception, don’t let that put you off. Communication has been spot on, responsive, and nothing has been too much trouble. The location is perfect – there are bars and restaurants right near, and there’s no noise at all. We lost our bag in a taxi on the way to the accommodation, they went out of their way to help us. They rang around to find the taxi we had used, spoke to the taxi driver, and got him to drop our bag at the police station we were at. If you’re in Rome, I highly recommend booking this place!

In the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza di Spagna. The owner was kind and helpful, but she didn't say that there is no elevator and there is a narrow spiral staircase to get to the first floor. The room was small but clean with no possibility of air conditioning except by opening a glass door that looked out onto a dirty courtyard with air conditioners nearby. It's fine for one night, also because you can't put more than one trolley down except on the floor.

Lovely, clean, and spacious room. Fantastic location, just steps from all the major attractions. The owners were super friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, with perfect pillows. I hadn't slept so comfortably in a place like this in a long time. We'll definitely be back.

Exceptional location, impeccable cleanliness, and superb remote reception service. The rooms are located in a large, fully renovated, modern-style apartment on the first floor of a historic building. Despite being right in the city center, they're still very quiet because they overlook the building's internal cloister. This, combined with the new, comfortable mattresses and spacious showers, is just what you need after a day spent walking the length and breadth of the city.

We stayed for two days in mid-June, and it was a great stay! The property was well-located and the staff were very welcoming! We had a great time; if we were to return to Rome, we would definitely choose this property again! I highly recommend it!
