Dhome B&B in Rome

It's a quaint place to stay.

The hostess is great.

Room was clean, plenty of storage, amenities were provided.

The Bed and Breakfast is fantastic. The owner is an absolute Gem and responds to queries very quickly indeed day or night. The location is great. If you arrive at Main Train Station in Rome from Stand B at the bus station get bus number 75. In the Train station look out for a shop called "Douglas" and take the walkway next to that which will take you directly out to the bus station.
You can tap your debit card to pay on the bus. You alight the bus at Carini / Bonnet takes about 20 mins and the B & B is the first street on the right 50 metres from the bus stop. If you arrive at FCO get the train from the airport to Trasterve and their is a circular bus that will drop you off at the same stop as outlined above. Great area for food , supermarkets close by, cafe you use for breakfast which is very close by is excellent and a very , very safe neighbourhood indeed. From the B & B to the Colosseum for example would take around 15 minutes on the Bus . Don't hesitate to book , we are delighted that we did and would absolutely 100% stay again and recommend to friends and family. Transport warning , do not travel with a ticket or having tapped your card on the Bus as they do frequent inspections and we saw many people being fined 50 euros. The fare is 1.70.

The room is wonderful and the breakfast at the coffee shop nearby is fantastic! The neighborhood is also great, you can arrive anywhere you want with the bus or walking. Everything about the place is great, but what is even greater is Valerio. Valerio is the best host I've had at any B&B and did absolutely everything in his power so that my mother and I could have a memorable stay. Thank you Valerio for being such a great host.

This is a wonderful little place. It might be a difficult find at first, from the road, but otherwise it's location is just around the corner from a bus stop. The service was excellent and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The food was good in the morning. My only concern would be the noise, especially from the cars on street nearby. The walls are a bit thin so noise carries, but the street noise was also fairly loud. Otherwise it was a nice little place for a stay and close to several places in Trastevere.
