Style of the 80s in a good location. Not far from the metro (600 m).
You hear everything inside, especially because the neighbors need to open doors of their room plus bathroom and close and lock both again when they leave them. I woke up every morning as early as the early bird on my floor.

The furniture are super old but it’s all clean.

They lied about the breakfast—there's none. Furthermore, there's no kettle or refrigerator. There's a private bathroom, but it's not in the room, just across the hall in a separate room.

Room was OK. Unfortunately no A/C so the room was very hot and when we went out and left the windows open we'd always come back to find someone had closed them. Bed was not the most comfortable. Very loud at night as people locked and unlocked doors to go to the toilet. Unfortunately 1 of us was very ill with food poisoning the last day, asked for an extension on check our and offered to pay however was refused and told its 100 euros for another night or nothing and they actually seemed disgusted we'd even dared to ask such a question. Most definitely wouldn't use again.

Quiet, spotlessly clean room with private shower & loo next door to bedroom. Comfortable basic and friendly accommodations Location good , a short walk to Metro station or 25 min walk to Colosseum. Shops & restaurants nearby. We have stayed here several times over past years as it’s so handy

The hotel staff does not speak English. The receptionist greeted me very unfriendly, She spoke into the phone translator in Italian, and I had to answer to her phone in English so that she could hear in Italian. The reception lasted for a very long time. The hotel is very noisy, all sounds in the neighboring rooms are very audible. When the neighbors opened their door, my door rattled with glass. My door was made of pieces of glass and at night the light shone in my eyes on the bed. I asked them not to clean my room, but they came to the room every day and they moved my things as it suited them. Big surprise: the administrator said that I have to pick up my toothbrushes and soap from the bathroom every morning - for ease of cleaning. The hotel does not provide shampoo or soap. The bathroom equipment is very old, the surface of the bathtub is rough, the curtain is old and hard as wood. The window overlooks the roof of a depot, where there is a lot of rubbish and junk. The hotel does not have a coffee machine or kettle.

Good Location, not far from a metro (600 m?), quiet location but absolutely not quiet inside. You can hear everything, every door (bathroom is outside on the floor) is loud and needs to be unlocked and locked, which means, that you hear every movement from anyone on your floor. Nice host, nearly no English and really bureaucratic when you check in like in the 80s. The furniture is in style of the 80s as well. I think 90 € for a single room in Rom is normal.

It's a bit far from the tourist spots, but it's a decent distance. However, the soundproofing is a bit disappointing! The sound of the door closing at night is really loud.

Lovely, family-run hotel. Very friendly and warm. Excellent location, bus 85 which is a very short walk from the hotel takes you to central Rome. There are also 2 Metro stations within a reasonable walking distance. The family makes you feel welcome, a very lovely, elderly lady keeps everything very clean and tidy. Things to note, the toilet and shower are not in the room, they are private to you but you need to walk through the communal hall (which you share with the other 2 rooms, the hall isn't big); the room doesn't have a kettle. A small inconvenience for a great location and reasonable price. I would stay there again.
