The room was spacious and nice, despite the low price. The Concierge was very kind and created a homely atmosphere.

We had a lovely stay here, Consuelo was so helpful and so informative of the best places to go and see. The accommodation was lovely, so clean and very close to the train station and within walking door some of the major sites.

The location is convenient and safe. There is a police station less than half a block away. We were a party of 3 females traveling alone and felt safe walking at night. The hop on hop off bus stop is a 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. The train station was about 2.5 blocks away. There are plenty of places to eat at. The restaurant next door Cafe Farini Roma is reasonably priced, the food is yummy and the staff is friendly. Try the steak dinner with patatos. The hotel is very clean and well kept, the room and restroom are spacious we did not feel cramped. The only thing negative I can say is the linens could be updated. The hotel attendant Consuelo is very warm, friendly and very helpful. She is not there 24 hours a day but you can always reach her. I would definitely stay there again.

Family run place,cosy,warm,friendly,great position.The owner, Ms Consuella, is a wonderful host.Highly recommended.Nice quit neighbourhood,close to the Rome train station, in walking distance,supermarket,cafes,restaurant and other shops.

This place is incomparably wonderful please see our longer review under Vacation Rentals" We cannot praise this place too highly. The owner is wonderful, the place is super clean and convenient. We would stay here any time in rom. Great neighborhood close to many sites and great restaurants.

Would definitely recommend/stay here again. Room was very spacious and clean (exactly like the photos). The bed was very comfortable and it was great having breakfast included too. Staff were wonderful! Very accommodating with showing us a map and giving us recommendations. Also very helpful in answering our questions and letting us leave our luggage their on checkout day for free. Location is perfect for everything- Trevi fountain, Pantheon, colosseum, Spanish steps.. we never used the metro once as all was within walking distance. Had very good security with keys and gates and the shower was fantastic. Do not have a negative to say it was a perfect experience!

Wow! What a fabulous place to stay! My mum and I stayed here for 6 nights in November 2023. The apartment feels very safe and the location is perfect! It is so close to Termini Station and is walking distance from the likes of the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and so much more! We spoke directly with Consuelo via WhatsApp throughout our stay; she provided so many recommendations of where to go to eat, places to visit and information relating to the use of public transport in Rome! I would definitely stay here again - thank you Xx

Very good hostess, with great attentiveness and attention to detail. Good amenities. Large clean room with bottled water, kettle, tea stuff and bathroom supplies. Little fridge too. Lovely power shower. A great find near Termini and Santa Maria Maggiore.

We stayed for two nights. Had a wonderful stay. Location is close to the train station and transit, clean and friendly service with a many recommendations for were to visit and eat. Nice simple breakfast with coffee in the morning. Air conditioning worked well which we appreciated. Thank you.

We stayed for 6 nights....When we first arrived....our host Consuelo was so helpful and informative.....we put our things away and then met her in the lobby.
Consuelo gave us a city map and explained where we could get great restaurants for a good price.....and drew on the map the easiest way to get to all the great places Rome has for us to see!....she showed us everything we needed for our stay.
During the first couple of nights.....my wife decided that her bed was to hard for her.....we asked Consuelo if it was possible to somehow make it softer.....she and her staff completely exchanged the bed out of our room for another softer bed!!....100% Happiness!....
We are hoping to return to Rome and stay again at
Relapse Conte Di Cavour!
