The location was great, close to the train station and quick walk to the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, 30 min walk to the Vatican and the colossus. The host was easy to communicate with, they helped us to book a transfer to the airport which pick us up at the door. We would rent this location again.

Service, check in, communication, response time all 100%. My only frustration was how noisy it was - not the venue’s fault - it’s just the location in a busy shopping/leisure district. Bring earplugs and you’ll be fine!

Good and reasonable price for very central location. Lovely comfy bed, A/C in the room and nice , clean bathroom. The lovely host/owner Stefano made our stay very welcoming and was always available via text or in person to answer any queries or provide help. Only issue was the tv had no channels in English language, but we were hardly using the TV anyway. We would definitely stay again if/when we return to Rome.

Spend three nights basically Rome area attractions. This location was pretty centrally located with a lot of restaurant options.

Great location, towels changed and rooms cleaned daily. Rooms need refurbishment beds are comfortable chair is so uncomfortable had to put a pillow on it to sit on it. Safe was broken so couldn't use it!! Had emailed 3 times asking about transfer from airport they didn't answer. Saying that we would come back . Hopefully!!

Very beautiful place, the room was comfy and clean, I loved the design! Excellent location in the center of Rome very close to the most important monuments.

Great location..good service...but then the reality..scary 1 to 2 sized person elevator lift to the 4th floor. I'll admit I'm a little claustrophobic. They say u have to leave the room by 11 if u want it cleaned. The free breakfast was awful.. it seems like sams club was throwing there old bread away and these guys decided to use it serve their guest. Make sure not to get the room with a court yard view because local residents can see into ur room..the drapes they installed don't block out the light and don't close all the way. Wifi was good. Great channels on tv in english. I got the romantic room and interior was done really nice! It definitely help me get lucky. But don't hit ur leg around the furniture..tight walking around the furniture.
