This is a space in time and as a boutique hotel it's quaint yet mostly clean. Old timey vibe and a fridge & 1 small tv which we unpluged and used for a charger. You will need European adapters. The staff is nice and breakfast/diner is out the front door and to the side. Located not far from Downtown Rome we can see all of the sites from here and so much more within walking distance. This last few stars are due to to it being cost effective. In 5 days we could easily access historical rome, Vatican, St. Peter's Basilica, Coliseum, and Sistine Chapel using the Viator app.

not to far from all the sights and the hotel is lovely, but beware, we booked a superior room for three and were shown to what was no better than a hostel space. not even a kettle. after alot of complaining we had to pay extra, for what i believe was the room we should have had.

Rooms are basic but clean and housekeeping came in everyday..bed was comfortable and shower was hot so it was all we needed..for the price we paid we have no complaints it was in a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants near by

This is a lovely wee hotel, with staff who are there to help if you ask. Our room was lovely and they asked daily if we needed it cleaned. I did notice how close it was to walk to the trevi fountain and the Spanish steps which is out the front door turn right and walk for 14mins. It is also within walking distance to the metro for collosium, and if you are going to the Vatican there is a bus just round the corner, The breakfast was as expected for Europe. Dang l miss my Scotrish breakfast🤔🤫🤣😂. Our room was spotless and as mentioned before cleaned on a daily basis, by two of the loveliest and friendliest ladies. The reception staff are almost like a tour guide who will give you directions to all attractions in Rome and tell you the best way to get there. There is a wee Tobacco shop across the road which you can buy the metro and bus ticket. Our experience of our holiday in this hotel is the reason we will be back they loved us as much as we loved them.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great transport links and location to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is basic nevertheless it was clean and the front desk staff are helpful and friendly. We had a late flight so we asked if we could leave our bags at reception 🫶🏻 I would stay here again.

I recommend this hotel for short stays, comfortable beds, good breakfast, helpful staff, but the bathroom door banged against the bed and it was difficult to get in. The biggest flaw was that I wanted to take a shower late at night, but the water was freezing and it wasn't possible. Overall, the room was very nice and clean.

This is a scam. Please don't book this hotel. The rooms have molds on carpet and on washroom floors and beds , the water in the shower doesn't work , the air-conditioning doesn't work and when we requested them to fix they gave us a table fan and refused to give us better rooms. I wouldn't event rate this as 1 start tbh. Please stay away.

We were asked to change hotels when we arrived at the reception.
The taxes were charged at the Gambrinus Hotel, near the Priscilla Hotel.
They charged us a little more, but we don't think it's fair, since they made the change without notifying us.
The staff was very pleasant.
The room was in good condition, clean, and had air conditioning, which is appreciated in the summer.

As soon as we entered this lovely soothing place we felt calmer. The staff went out of their way to make it enjoyable for us. We had a lovely well equipped room; after a great night out in Rome then back to a wonderful bed with an excellent comfortable mattress. We were just very pleased to be staying in this wonderful nurturing haven of a hotel.

It an ok hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good, the staff made the hotel not the building, for that I will recommend it to anyone.
