I want to thank everyone at the Villa Rosa Hotel! I had a very good time. The breakfast is delicious, the staff are welcoming, very kind, and accommodating. It was old the first night so they got me a heater, which was very helpful. The room is clean and the window is big to get air. The only thing was that it takes a small amount of time for the water to warm up, but from what I understood this is everywhere in Italy. Only 20 minute tramway to the center. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for affordable comfort and hospitality. Thank you all! :) ♡

My husband and I visited this hotel Sept 2021 whilst doing the Via Francesco. We enjoyed our stay very much, the hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. It was only about 15 minutes by train from the city centre and a real easy train ride for 90 cents, though there are plenty of restaurants and cafe's close by too.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with early check for a little extra. It was nice to have luggage storage before and after arrival and departure. The room was small, very basic no frills, but clean.

Pretty good location even tho it was a tad far from the centre. Rooms were small but orderly. Staff was friendly and service good, but It did feel like maybe they could have used a few extra hands

I've been on a journey of studies and I assure you that it is the worst hotel I have ever been to. Rooms are horrible and small, WiFi is almost non-existent, breakfast no variety...

Nice quite place. Friendly staff .Clean rooms.The bathrooms are too small and the TV channels all in Italian.Could help to have at least one English channel. Also try to vary the breakfast served. It can be boring for long stay guests

The rooms are not good at all, the receptionist does not speak spanish(which was stated that she does) and the only thing is the place

The staff were very friendly and water was always available to buy. However, the air conditioning didn't work, which wasn't too bad at the time we visited but would have been awful if we went during the summer. As well as this, the evening meals were always awful - this is why I had to rate so low. If you stay here, don't sign up for the evening meals, I could barely eat any of the courses and always went to bed hungry.

I was a guest in this Hotel and I must refute what they have written to other guests.
Staff excellent, service excellent, rooms more than worthy of a hotel price / quality ratio.
I have traveled the world and I can guarantee that everything responds abundantly as you read it.
I highly recommend it to all INTELLIGENT people who know what it means to be the guests of the Hotel. Other words, other people would only be addressed to the wind. The proof is that the days 23/24/25/26 October, I will be going with 2 friends in this comfortable HOTEL.
