The most serious issue was the complete lack of clarity from the front desk. When we asked for information, we were told that we wouldn't have to pay for parking. However, this morning, when we went to pick up the car, we were charged €25, without anyone having informed us beforehand.
I find this behavior unfair and unprofessional. Not only was the promised service not provided, but we also incurred an unexpected extra cost. I recommend more transparency with guests to avoid unpleasant situations like this.
