Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND staying at this hotel. The hotel manager did not speak English and was not easily available when needed. The washroom conditions were TERRIBLE. Moldy showers and toilets that clogged up and just stopped working all together. Further the internet flat out did not work during our entire stay. When we did finally see the hotel manager (once during our 4 night stay) to bring up the issues, he raised his voice saying nothing can be done and rushed off. Would never come back to this hotel and highly recommend everyone avoids this place.

Infested of bugs. See the color of the wall on the photos, ten look the another reviews. Finally look the pictures on my post. Saving money doesnt worth health risks. The place was dirty, the elevator is dangerous too.

It is a good hotel and extremely close to the train station. Good for getting the bus to sights. The staff are wonderful but the hotel needs a bit of updating especially with the shower.

but in 2023 people still use the wifi of the various hotels, I certainly don't use my mobile phone and I connect with my mobile phone using my internet tariff plan, I don't use the wifi of the various hotels as they could steal your data and make us in these cases I opt for payment in cash, no debit cards as far as the hotel is concerned, we'll see, I just booked 2 nights in the name of my girlfriend, we'll see

Excellent facility with friendly and helpful staff! Perfect location, just cross the street and you are in Termini station where there are lots of shops! Highly recommended

The dirtiest room I’ve ever seen or been in. The room was full of dust and bugs, smelled like the sewers, only gave us 2 towels and didn’t want to refund us the full money we paid after just being there for 15 minutes. Don’t come here. The good reviews are probably fake.

Vet Good location front of the central station and walking distance to main sightseeing , fair price for the room size and facilities, house keeping could be better

Friendly and accommodating but there was a smell that was offputting. I think it was from a rewriting in the building. It was a pretty clean place....I wouldn’t say extremely clean but it was okay for the price.

After some of the reviews we where a bit worred!
But the room is clean but basic it's ideal for all the sites
The local area is a bit rough
But not had any issues
Tha man on desk was helpful
All in all 4 stars for price and location

Location is extremely convenient just outside the station. Clean and reliable. Don't expect much in terms of interior design.
