You should definitely book this hotel.
Location is great (near enough to all the big attractions while being quiet and safe, and also close to trastevere).
Layla (the receptionist) was so nice and helpful for us, far beyond what you would expect.
Rooms are great. Very large, AC works well, TV with whatever you need.
Only cons - rooms have no view to the street (basement level) and there was a problem with hot water at the last day for us.
We would definitely be back if we visit Rome again!

Excellent location, close to all major attractions. Above all, we felt safe. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. The hosts are kind and friendly.

We were in Rome with 4 friends for a mid week. This place is ideally located on the north side of the Tiber very close to Trastevere. And just south of Pantheon and other great spots. The place is clean and quiet and roomy. Unfortunately there is no view as it is a basement apartment but for our purpose it was perfect. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in Rome for a few days and were very impressed with this property. Its a Gesthouse but has all the amenities of a hotel.

PROS: The hostel is in a great location so we walked to all the famous attractions. The female receptionist was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable.
CONS: Should have provided more than 1 bottle of water for a 4-person room. Shower had weak pressure and electronic cards should be used instead of 4 keys. Price was a bit on the high side.

The good things first! The guesthouse has a very central location... 20-30 minutes walk at most to all major sights. The staff was most kind and helpful. We stayed around Easter and got a really nice surprise gift: chocolate candy and a bottle of sparkling wine. But then the rooms... they are indeed spacious but very basic in furnishing. We had the red suite, with a double bed and two singles. There were no bedside lamps, only the ceiling lights, making it impossible for one to read and another to sleep. Being almost underground there was a damp, musty smell. And there is no way round the fact that the rates are over the top. For what we payed here we'd stay in so much better accomodation in most European capitals.

A fabulous location . Really accommodating staff. It was perfect for our family. There is a tiny kitchen you can use and 2 tables too. We are a family of 8 so not easy to find last minute accommodation
