i recently stayed at the radical hotel during a solo trip to rome and it was beyond impressive. i was made to feel welcome from the minute i arrived and even as a female solo traveller, i felt exceptionally safe staying here. the staff were all so lovely and polite and the room i stayed in was modern, spacious and clean.
the hotel is in walking distance to major attractions, like the trevi fountain and spanish steps, but there are also metro stations nearby if you’re wanting to visit places a little further away.
i wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when i’m next in rome. it was absolutely fantastic!!

I had a great experience staying at the Radical Hotel and I would recommend to anyone travelling to Rome! The staff was very kind, the rooms were great, and the breakfast was delicious! I booked just a solo room but they upgraded me to a suite! It was very affordable for the quality as well.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a plus that breakfast was included and delivered to your room. The only downsize was the thin walls so bring earplugs. Other than that I would stay here again.

The hotel was in a charming older building in a great, conveniently located residential neighborhood. The room was comfortable and spacious. My only issue was room service did not make up our room during our 2 night stay. For me, that’s a bottom line expectation.

We had a wonderful stay at this the Radical Hotel Roma, tucked away on a calm and quiet street not far from Roma Termini—perfect for a relaxing city break. The design is modern and tasteful, with a lovely common area where you can unwind and read. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded, and the suite we stayed in was lovely. I even indulged in a long soak in the bathtub.
Every little detail felt carefully thought out—even the slippers were incredibly comfortable (honestly, some of the best we've had in a hotel!). The staff struck the perfect balance: friendly and available if you need anything, but never overbearing or intrusive. We left feeling rested and well taken care of. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels in Rome! We spent 3 wonderful days here and had an exceptional experience. The in-room breakfast options were not only convenient but also delicious, with high-quality ingredients that made for a great start to each day. The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk to both the train and bus stations, making it incredibly easy to explore the city. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Rome!
