We had a good stay at the hotel. It is ok for the price, it has a good connection with the city center, we liked the neighborhood it was in. The rooms are ok, nothing special, but honestly it didn't matter because we only needed a place to sleep and get a shower. The only thing we didn't like is the fact that housekeeping went into our room even though we put a 'do not disturb' sign. And they took our second room key card out of the room without asking.

The place is clean and easy to find. Facilities are all available in the lobby. Only wished that there was a water kettle in the room. Overall its a good place to stay for a short trip.

The hotel was close to the station and very clean. There are no slippers provided, so I'd recommend bringing your own. We had no trouble finding food, as there's a supermarket and a bar nearby.

We had an excellent stay at B&B Roma Tuscolana. We arrived way before check-in and Margherita cheerfully went out of her way to store our bags AND connect with housekeeping to get us the first available room. We rarely encounter such exceptional service. The room was nice, modern, clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast was way better than the majority in our experience. The fresh-squeezed orange juice was over the top. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

It’s a bit far from the city center, but Bus 85 can take you to the Colosseum or the Spanish Steps in about 45 minutes. If you don’t mind taking the bus, it’s actually a convenient option. On the plus side, traveling to and from Fiumicino Airport is easy — you can take the FL1 train, which is much cheaper than the Leonardo Express and doesn’t require any transfers.

We stayed for four days, and the breakfast was the same every morning, which could be improved. However, the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! Everything was nice, but what really made it special was the amazing hospitality ،especially from Giovanni at the lobby. He was incredibly kind, always smiling, and spoke several languages, which made everyone in our group English ،Italian speakers feel so comfortable and welcome.

He truly made our experience memorable!
The parking was safe and convenient too.
Even though the elevator wasn’t working for one day, Giovanni’s kindness and positive energy made us forget about it completely.
Would definitely come back ،grazie Giovanni!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The three receptionists were just wonderful—super friendly and always ready with great advice that made our time in Rome easier and more fun. The hotel was very clean, and breakfast was simple but good to get us going for the day. Overall, a lovely stay and we’d definitely come back!

This hotel was an amazing experience. The staff were all lovely helpful and friendly. The essentials in the little shop next to the reception desk was a handy touch. There's a natural spring just a minute walk from the hotel which is helpful for topping up water bottles. As a female solo traveller I was worried about picking a safe location I always felt safe walking to and from the metro and around the local area even when it was dark. Everything you need is nearby and easy to get around from the hotel. The buffet breakfast was good. The hotel atmosphere was calm which was good for me as I don't drink so didn't want a chaotic environment. I booked a room with a terrace I did feel slightly awkward when other people were using theirs too as it's not very private but I think that's more of a me problem it was still really nice to have that space to enjoy the hot weather when resting at the hotel. The air con was amazing and handy to have a smart TV with YouTube.

We stayed here 2 years ago - Although it is a little far form the tourist attractions, it was an amazing experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the area felt safe and had a large amount of restaurants, cafe's and shops to occupy your down time. Very close to the subway. I would definitely stay here again.
