Iza is very helpful. And kind. Attentive to our needs. Room is pretty. Working fridge and tv. Comfy stay. Accessible for just eat driver as well.

The manager/owner of the property was very helpful and accomodating. The location is amazing as they are within walking range to everything, commute included. Property is clean and has everything you would need. Would highly recommend them.

The property manager was very nice and attentive, but when we got to the guest house no one was there to welcome us, had to wait like half hour to have someone showing up, the pictures and the actual room are very different, they wanted to charge extra money for using a pullout bed for my 4 yo, the checkout felt like they were rushing me to leave earlier, hot water wasn’t enough for two people to shower, had to wait one hour to have warm water, there was no remote control for the a/c the first night and was very hot.

We loved the location and management of this property! The room was beautiful. However, we barely slept due to noise inside the facility and outside on the street. We could hear the rest of the guests coming and going at all hours (including 1-2am). We could hear people yelling outside and honking horns. It was so loud that neither my husband or I could rest making our trip a little less enjoyable and more frustrating. I would recommend maybe a curfew for guests when they stay… that would mitigate some of the issues.

Absolutely the best experience EVER!!! GREAT location, especially if you are visiting the Vatican. Michelle is a great hostess and made us feel like part of her family. Wonderful restaurants and bars in close walking distance. Will stay nowhere else next time we are in Rome. Thanks for a great experience.

What a welcome!! Hostess would not do enough to make our stay better, very helpful, friendly and kind. Room was comfortable, spacious, with all necessary extras. Bed was very comfortable. Venue was in a great place, only about 10 minute walk from the Vatican. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I cannot comment on the hotel itself -Just want to warn you to verify your reservation - I booked a reservation on their website directly(not via a third party site) I received an email confirmation from their website, and even had correspondence to confirm our arrival time - but now three weeks before we are supposed to arrive, I find that they do not have our reservation in their system and while they offered to help find another place to stay - we had to book at another hotel at a more expensive price. I'm sure it is a lovely place to stay if you actually get to stay there
