Because the building was empty, we had to leave the property and pay out of pocket just to get breakfast . We went back and had to wait TWO HOURS in an empty lobby for someone to show up.
When the manager finally arrived, there was zero apology. Instead, he was incredibly aggressive, hostile, and started arguing with us. Leaving a hotel completely unmanaged and unstaffed is a massive safety hazard. They take your money, provide absolutely no service, and then attack you when you ask for what you paid for. Booking.com is currently investigating them for host negligence. Do not risk your safety or your money here.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They waited for us and greeted us late at night, which we really appreciated. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the location is very convenient—close to public transport with routes in different directions. There’s also a good shopping mall nearby.
At first, we were a bit surprised that breakfast was served in another hotel, but it actually turned into a lovely morning walk and had its own nice vibe. The breakfast itself was good as well.
One more highlight: there was a tree right outside our window, and parrots would fly in and sit there. It was so interesting and genuinely fun to watch them.
