Very easy access from the Metro. Staff gave us perfect metro directions to the correct stop. Very easy check in and staff very kind and helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed and safe building. Only negative was no AC available in October due to government laws. The window was locked so it was very warm. I would recommend this location.

The best part of our experience and stay is having the property manager Cristina being there for us every step of the way from the time we booked until we checked out. She’s a kind, polite and professional lady and we appreciate her very very much!

The room is small and old. The location is okay, but it's too close to the tourist attractions by car and too far to walk. However, the area is quiet and not crowded. However, the service is extremely poor. The host stopped responding to any emails after we checked in. Even when we encountered problems and repeatedly emailed for assistance, there was no response...a stark contrast to the attentiveness and hospitality before our stay! We stayed there for three days. Water was only provided on the first day, not on the rest of the day. I left a note for the staff asking if water could be provided, but they ignored it... read it but didn't reply. Even if it wasn't provided, it would have been fine to just let them know. I'm a little speechless. As for why they didn't tell me in person after leaving a note, because there's no 24-hour front desk. There's no one after breakfast, similar to a B&B, and the breakfast time is very late. Since we usually leave early in the morning for travel, we can't eat! There's nothing to eat nearby, and it's still a long way to go when we come back for lunch.

Cozy spot in Roma
Elena was SO kind and helpful and gave us wonderful recs when got there! It was our first place we stayed in Italy and she was helpful making us feel settled. Location is a bit of a walk from the city center but if you’re fine with that like we were then it’s perfect for you!

Great central location. Very secure building, lovely facilities, staff very welcome and went out of their way for us. Walkable to Metro station and Vatican and cental.Rome. Great breakfast, highly recommend this place to stay. Thans you to Christina and Elena.

It was really great. I stayed here for three days and it was a wonderful accommodation experience. The hostess was very welcoming, the house was very cozy, and the staff were very nice and friendly.

It was a cute guesthouse.
The room was just the right size for two people, and the shower room and bathroom were spacious.
The staff were very kind and kept in touch with us frequently even before our stay! Check-in was also smooth.
The only drawback was that it was a little difficult to lock and unlock the room door, but once you got used to it it was fine.

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The entire neighborhood is elegant and safe. There are many restaurants and cafes where locals consume. It is located in the area between the main tourist area and the Vatican. It is within walking distance to major attractions such as the Vatican and People's Square. There are bus stations and Subway station, convenient for travel;
The room is very warm and consistent with the photos. The room size is also suitable. The public areas of the hotel are exquisitely decorated. The apartment where the hotel is located has access control and a very cute elevator;
The hotel is generally clean and tidy, more like a B&B. There is a front desk during the day, and you can choose whether to clean it every day. It is very cost-effective. I will choose to stay there next time I go to Rome. Recommended
