Residenza Venti Settembre in Rome

Starting with the owners, Antonio and Nicole were amazing, graciously gave us a cappuccino open our arrival and even had our room ready when we arrived approximately 3 hours before check in (we did update them with our estimated arrival time when we landed). Each morning we made a simple phone call to them and we were given the most amazing breakfast we have ever had. They also gave us amazing recommendations for local dinner places. These dinner places were great recommendations and phenomenal spots.

Our room was also amazing as we had a view of the city from our window. Bed was comfortable and made fresh every day by the staff. Our shower did have a very slow drain but Antonio was able to do maintenance while we were away during the day which helped.

Also only a 10 min walk to the train station. Only a 25 min walk from all the major attractions in Rome. Also nearby to the Metro Bus Station if you prefer busses from walking.

Phenomenal hosts, great room, will be here when we come to Rome again.

Excellent service, both super friendly. I had a problem with the arrival and they were flexible with the check-in time. Always with an excellent disposition. Breakfast is not included, but they offered us croissants, fruit and cappuccinos before we left.

We just had the most amazing stay at Nicole and Antonio's hotel, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and at home.

Nicole took the time to walk us through everything Rome has to offer, sharing her fantastic recommendations for sights, dining, and hidden gems. Each morning, she surprised us with delicious snacks and drinks—such a thoughtful touch that truly elevated our experience.

Antonio was equally wonderful, helping us carry our luggage downstairs with a warm smile. They even offered us a great deal to extend our stay for one more night, which we happily accepted!

The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the level of customer service they provide is unmatched. The five-star reviews are absolutely spot on; this place is a gem!

It was soooo great experience in this hotel. First, hosts are very kind and they welcomed us with not only warm bread and drink but also warm&nice words with smile. It was 3rd time to visit Rome for me, but I have never seen such a friendly host before🥰. Thanks to their lovely surprise gift for our honeymoon, our honeymoon has become special and happy memory!
Second, the condition of room was perfect. I mean it's very clean and comfy. I'm sure that you can't go wrong with this place!!

Spotless clean, wonderful hosts, great snacks and good location. It’s a wonderfully learning experience just to see how a perfect business can be run! I’ve stayed in Rome many times and in luxury 5 star hotels all over the world so I’m hard to impress. Most hotels in Rome get away with the excuse “but this is an ancient building”.. not this place, they really work hard!
The curiosity got me.
You are met with great hospitality, being placed in a relaxed clean comfortable atmosphere where you can come to senses after your travel. In the morning there is great cappuccino croissants and other tasty foods. The location is outside of the crowded dirty center in a diplomatic area while any location is within a 10 min distance. Then you go to visit Rome, you do your daily 25000 steps and come back into a clean and comfortable environment. Such place makes you enjoy the city more- no stress, no problems.. makes you enjoy the rain in the colosseum or the young wine at a taverna. Whether you come here with your lover or with your 90 year old grandmother, it’s nice, I’d say out of the ordinary. It’s not a hotel experience, it’s something else.

Exceptional Stay for Our 23rd Anniversary!

Where do I even begin? This was the absolute best place I have stayed in quite sometime!!!

My wife and I recently celebrated our 23rd anniversary at this boutique hotel in Rome, and I can confidently say it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, personalized service from the owners, Antonio & Nicole, that made us feel incredibly welcome.

The hotel itself is pristine, with every detail meticulously cared for. Our room was perfect... tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. We loved the blend of modern luxury with the charm of classic Roman design, creating a truly unique atmosphere.

What really set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing, and even surprising us with thoughtful touches for our anniversary.

The location was also perfect—close to all the major attractions but tucked away in a peaceful area, providing the best of both worlds.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and intimate experience in Rome. It was the perfect place to celebrate such an important milestone, and we can’t wait to return!

Very pleasantly surprised. Because of the flight delay, we booked a hotel on short notice. We saw the note that check-in ended at 11 o'clock. However, we contacted the landlord and he waited for us. When we arrived at the hotel, he prepared candies and the minibar had plenty of drinks. The next day They also provided us with luggage storage services. If you plan to bring your children there in the future, this is the first choice.
