Hotel Stendhal & Luxury Suites in Rome

The location is not bad. It's not too far to walk to several major attractions. Although the room is small, it has everything you need. The mini bar is free. The service staff in the hotel, including the restaurant staff, are very good. When I went there, the elevator was broken, but I was given the fourth floor. It was a black man who helped me carry two 28-inch luggage to the fourth floor. I checked the elevator before and it was broken. I'm not sure if it's often broken? It was really hard to climb the fourth floor when I came back downstairs that day. Although it was repaired the next day, it still felt unstable. The room I booked was 20 square meters, but the actual room type I was given was super small, about 16 square meters. Generally, I rarely give a hotel such a low score. This time, the score was deducted because the room type given by the front desk did not match the reservation. The old man at the front desk seemed to have no problem, but when I asked him why my order was 20 square meters and it was 16 square meters, and the most important thing was that the price was completely different? When he replied that he didn't know, I felt that he was just pretending to be stupid and perfunctory.

I have experienced two types of rooms in the past two days. I really recommend this one because it has an excellent anti-theft factor and a total of four door locks.

Great place to stay in the heart of Rome. Suites are very spacious , comfortable and beautiful. Valet parking. Breakfast is great! Definitely a place to come back .
