Our stay was very pleasant, we enjoyed Rome! The hotel is fine, the breakfast too. I want to praise the wonderful girl Maede who was there for all our questions and to help us enjoy Rome as much as possible!

Everything is fine except for a few issues: the plumbing is a bit flaky; there's an interesting quirk with the electricity: if you turn off the overhead light, everything goes out, including the outlets (even though I didn't even get the map from where it should be).
Even though it's practically in the center, finding it takes some effort.
The price is reasonable, but considering I paid the tax on the spot at +12, it might be a bit pricey in the end.
I liked the bed: clean, soft, and comfortable.
The staff is always helpful, despite the language barrier.

The staff were incredibly friendly, particularly Nicol, who greeted us with a warm smile and readily offered helpful advice on exploring Rome. The hotel is older and could benefit from renovations, but this wasn't a major concern as we spent most of our time sightseeing. Our room was very clean, with fresh towels provided daily. We didn't try the breakfast, as we ate elsewhere. The spa was unfortunately out of service, but this seems to have been an oversight on the part of my booking provider, so I don't hold it against the hotel. In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel; it boasts a fantastic location, exceptional staff, and excellent value.

My whole experience was not very bad, (thank God Rome is not such a city, where you spend the least time in the hotel)
Let's start from the reception, very rude, unprofessional staff welcomed us almost unfriendly. We showed the confirmation from the booking that we have paid all the taxes, but they were determined to charge us the "city tax", without the bill of course.
After that (we had to pay even though we had documented all the details of paying all the taxes) we decided to pay by card, where the bill went to who knows which other hotel.
The room was clean, towels were changed every day, and the room service greeting was good.
We didn't have breakfast (which is great)
That's it, I don't really recommend it.

Overall this hotel was lovely, within walking distance to Manzoni metro and a lovely walk into Roma itself. The staff were great the room was great, clean and clean towels daily. We booked the spa which was amazing for the price we paid. It was booked to ourselves only and had a great 2 hours. Overall it was a great place to stay and would definitely stay again

I stayed two days here and was the best hotel you could stay
very clean and organised
24h reception and very nice staff
you could go anywhere by foot and the train and buses were very close if u want
a lot of restaurants and coffee shops near
and also the best prices in the area
I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Not great. Booked this hotel as it was cheaper than others for an alright location (within walking distance of Termini and the Colosseum) but was definitely not worth what we paid. Very dreary old room, it had a kettle and mini fridge but no mugs, tea, coffee etc. The mattress and pillow were not comfortable. No coat hangers in the wardrobe. The shower was the smallest I've ever used so I kept banging into the sides. The wifi was extremely slow or didn't work at all. Barely any sound insulation in the walls so quite noisy. Would not recommend.
