Nice location just directly outside the Termini station

The room doesn't provide normal room facilities like body lotion, water kettle, water bottle. Nothing was kept inside room. While checking out they ask me for their review and i gave my honest feedback same as above. They told me you should have asked for it. Being a frequent traveller i dont tend to ask for above facilities, it should be basically kept ready while customer check's into room. Also check in time is too delayed and they never call back or message when room is ready to check in.

Small room. Very near to Termini station. Just opposite of Termini station, very convenient location. Many restaurants and stores, supermarkets nearby.
Great breakfast, many choices of pastries, yogurt, cereals etc and coffee and juices. 
Front deck service good. Baggages storage service.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, and the service is pretty good too. However, the room isn't actually small, but the design and layout make it feel very cramped. Plus, there's only one charging outlet in the entire room, and it's right above the headboard... The hotel breakfast is decent, with a variety of food and drinks.

It was satisfactory. Very old plumbing, lots of dust, everyone wrote about the maze. You can put up with it for one night's sleep, but otherwise it's very sad. The air conditioning doesn't work, the view is of a garbage dump, everything smells bad and is depressing. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

The location is superb ! It’s just bright opposite the Rome Termini ! Overall I can say it’s worth the stay , don’t expect much . It’s clean , and the hotel room already refurbished before .

Right opposite train station, eateries and supermarket nearby. Need to walk quite a distance from hotel lobby to your room, it felt like a maze.

The only complaint I have was when I accidentally booked the wrong date and management refused to cancel + refund. Since I have re-booked the correct date, the management should be more flexible to adjust my stay.

Staff are helpful & friendly with smile. The location is very good. The breakfast may add some Asian favourites such as fry rice or noodle.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The facilities are rather basic and the room was quite uncomfortable, mainly due to the lack of proper air conditioning. Despite my request, I was not able to change rooms. Instead, I was only able to pick up a fan from the lobby myself, which is far from adequate given the hot weather and definitely not the level of service I expected.
The hotel itself feels like a maze, with many areas that look like they have been hastily renovated or converted. For example, the ceiling panels and wooden finishes seem worn out and make the environment look even less inviting. There also aren’t enough charging outlets available in the room, which is very inconvenient for travelers with multiple devices.
Overall, the service was poor and the room facilities were subpar. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay or good customer service.
