Although it's far from the city center, hotels in Rome are expensive, so the low price was good. However, the shower water pressure was weak, the drainage was poor, the towels were not clean, and the bed futon was very thin, so if you are concerned about these things, you may want to avoid staying here.

I honestly don't know where this hotel's high rating comes from. Having traveled to so many countries, this is the worst value for money I've ever seen. It's more expensive than Paris and Amsterdam, and the blankets they provide are just a sheet and a decorative mattress pad! They're using an incredibly thin sheet as a blanket! 😡 The shower service provides only four small packets of shampoo – who's going to use that?! It's better to just buy your own. Bringing your own shampoo and shower gel is one thing, but even the shelves for those are tiny! How dare they charge such an expensive city tax and a room rate of nearly 1200?! This is the only hotel I'm giving a bad review for on my entire trip!

Convenient. There is a MRT station next to it. There is a shopping mall opposite, which is convenient for shopping.

The hotel was booked temporarily. It is located in the west and close to the terminal of Metro Line A. The price is much more affordable than the hotel in the city center. The male staff who checked in and checked out were very enthusiastic. The only drawback was that the hair dryer in the room had some problems.

From the moment we entered the hotel until check-out, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Their warm hospitality made our stay seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Everything was as expected and agreed, including all special requests were done. Precisely. Smart choice and great value for those who are balancing between hotel prices, service quality and location in Rome. Good choice of restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Shout out to the receptionist Elmer who let us check in late and also allowed us to keep the bags throughout the day. The hotel is good in terms of service and location. AC was working fine. Walls are a bit thin so outside voice was coming in but not a deal breaker
