A hotel with super clean rooms equipped with various cleaning accessories. Very close to the city center and adjacent to the American Embassy. This is my fourth reservation, and I've always been greeted with a handshake and a big smile.

I was booked by my firm at this hotel. As multiple review state it’s a cross between a youth hostel and guest house. It’s in an office building if you have luggage for a vacation (i didn't) you will need to take multiple trips on the tiny old lift to the fifth floor reception then more trips down to the fourth floor where rooms are. OK as a Two stars at the very best but this is advertised as a 4 stars. I used an online app and moved myself into another hotel. If you’re looking for a higher quality touristic experience or travelling for business AVOID this hotel. On my way out I asked for a taxi as I was going to another hotel. Not even a question about whether there was a problem, anything they could do. Not hospitality — just a scam sadly

Bang on average, nicer hotels around for same money also not the best location, not much around. Walls are dirty and curtains have stains. The walls are so thin, can hear every toilet flush through the pipes. Room is okay size does the job but had a bad smell. 4th floor, lots of stairs and very small lift. Wouldn’t recommend

We booked a stay at this hotel based on reviews and the fact that it was a 4 star property. It definitely is not! I wound not recommend it to anyone. It is situated on the 5th floor of a building full of offices. Very hard to find as it has no identifying signs. Rooms looked very poor, nothing like in the picture they present on the site. I refused to check in and asked to complain to the manager. To which he was very rude and raising his voice at me over the phone. Very unprofessional. I was charged a one night stay because my daughter and I didn’t want to stay in the property that wasn’t up to any standard. Very disappointing.

A hotel that is not a real hotel. It is in the 5th floor of an old building 2 kilometers from the center. The staff is polite. The breakfast is terrible and in reality what they serve is not a minimum accepted breakfast.lnterner is terrible. The price they charge is not fair.Try another alternative.

The staff are great ans they kept the room clean but it shouldn't be called 'hotel' it says inn at the reception but hotel online. The place is not easy to find, no sign on the outside. Its probably air b&b but not a hotel. Breakfast was terrible. No allergy consideration either.

If you are visiting rome and are looking for a great location, with incredible service and modern and comfartable rooms you will find it all at this Hotel. My wife and I stayed during our honeymoon and we found that the people that work there are more than helpfull with anything you require, the building and rooms are fantastic. So if you are in rome for a day or a month, you wont regret staying here.

This is a quaint little inn in a beautiful part of town, close to Termini, the US Embassy and Little restaurants. WiFi, breakfast included, and it is clean and orderly. We had a lovely little balcony and though on the street it was quiet. Alessandro handles the bookings, and he was extremely helpful and courteous. He arranged for my I have a card from the airport, he stored our luggage while we were traveling to other countries, and he even called me at the airport when I was late because of a delay at customs to be sure I was OK. The price was very fair and I recommend.

OK, it is not a Hyatt-- but by the local hotel standards, it is a wonderful albeit very small place to stay-- but who cares--there is so much to see that you spend very little time in the room; One quick thing you notice is a wonderful and friendly staff...they are very kind and helpful-- I never felt bad that I could not speak Italian--I tried but it just was not particularly good; Anyway, you are literally a few steps from the US embassy, a small but well kept market is also a few steps away---further down the block is the subway, and if you tire of pizza and pasta, there is a Hard Rock Cafe around the corner--the best of the 3 I tried in Italy(Florence, and Venice were the other 2)... Breakfast is included and is a charming if small layout--open your mind and just have fun--- Rome is great...have a gelato and walk till you drop--what a City.

It’s an old hotel. The quilt to sleep smelled. We are pretty sure that room service stole 2 rings that we bought as souvenirs to take back home. We got back home and the envelope the rings were in was just left empty. The next morning in check out we were charged an additional $30. Never again.
