Rome, via Colonnello Tommaso Masala 54 (12 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Very huge hotel and very nice big room Very close to airport old a little bit but nice and clean
The hotel was very understaffed. Long queues for food in the restaurant, bar and checkout. We were upgraded because the light fuse broke in our room . The staff were friendly. Overall the hotel seemed a little old as and run down .
Only 1 or 2 shuttle to and from airport a day Swimming pool was big
Location a little bit far from downtown, facilities are old and needs replacing
The facilities are old, and it's not very close to the airport. Even a taxi ride costs 30 Euros.
The hotel lobby is absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to visit during Christmas, and they even had small gifts for guests. Highly recommend!

The coffee machine in my room was not working and there wasn’t any welcome gift. Besides that, every thing was great.
Hotel location is good and easy to walk around to see several of the attractions and get food. Only issue we had was the rooms had ants in the original room we were in. However the hotel did take care of it and apologized. If our room did not have the issue with the ants it would be 5 stars all.
Very good 👌 Very good service
Just one night, but it was very good. I hope the price can be better next time.
Anantara hotels always have high standards, and Palazzo Naiadi definitely reached them. Very nice hotel, outside and inside, ideally located, two restaurants were you can find different dishes to escape Roma classic pizza-pasta-etcetera. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is incredible. We will definitely come back. Thank you to all the team.

Beautiful hotel, great location.
Amazing hotel Beautifully furnished and breakfast selection was decent!
Invincible location, exquisite service, very textured hotel, I like it very much!
Excellent stay, very well-kept hotel with friendly staff.
The location is really good, especially if you rent a car and drive yourself, there is a very convenient parking lot next to the hotel. Breakfast and room-related services and facilities are really good.
I was here for two nights, I loved the place 😍, Great Service, even better Staff! Thank you for the amazing experience! ❤️ It was life changing, First time visiting Rome, Picked the Best Hotel!

I had a great stay for 4 nights. What I liked the most was the staff — their hospitality made the experience one of the best in Rome. Their customer service and attention should be a standard for hotels. Look for Francesca — she’ll make sure you’re well taken care of. 😁 Cleanliness was 5/5, the food was good, and don’t forget to try their orange cake — it’s worth trying. 🧡 The location is a bit...
I really enjoyed my say here. The staff is very helpful and go extra mile if you need assistance in navigating the city. The room was spacious with all the necessary amenities.
wonderful stay! Staff is very friendly, helping, good guidance for Rome/ Vatican sightseeing. Hotel shares free wine bottle with the guests from Booking.com! Hotel is far from Rome downtown, also far (3-4 kms) from subway station. Although hotel provides free pick-up drop shuttle service, you need to adjust your schedule to match the timings.
The entire staff was extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. Especially Jarka who made us feel at home during our stay. This helped our vacation start off on the right foot. Many thanks and happy holidays.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Domidea! The room was large, spacious, very clean and well maintained. The location is great – close to a bus stop, which makes it easy to reach the city center. The staff were amazing – very friendly, polite and always ready to help. A special thanks to Ms. Jarka, who was always smiling and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommended!
Everything is very good except the location. It's quite outside in the city but anything else very good.

good location, very close to central train, but a bit old building,
The location was great, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. The gym facilities were also good, and the luggage storage service was truly excellent. I would love to stay here again.
Conveniently located very close to Rome Termini station, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the window opened onto a corridor, which made the room feel a bit stuffy. A big plus, though, was the provision of disposable slippers.
Excellent location. The breakfast was quite average, and the options were the same every day.
The hotel was very close to the train station. While the street appeared noisy, it was extremely convenient for dining and transportation. The hotel hallways were incredibly narrow, barely wide enough for one person. It was impossible to turn around with luggage, which made me question if they met fire safety regulations. The service from the front desk staff was mediocre. She overcharged us by 5 euros...
Before booking, I wondered if reviews might be subjective due to varying guest needs. However, after staying here, I found that Ctrip's ratings are generally accurate and objective! Firstly, this hotel is truly close to Rome Termini train station, just a stone's throw away, which is incredibly convenient if you need to take a train. On the downside, the hotel facilities are indeed quite old, and the...

Great location, very convenient, and friendly staff. The breakfast wasn't very diverse and was a bit cold, but the view was fantastic.
The service staff at checkout were not very friendly. Many of the room facilities were broken and quite outdated. The breakfast was rather monotonous, and you couldn't even get your own coffee. The service quality varied greatly depending on the staff member.
The location is excellent, and although it's a 40-year-old establishment, the rooms have a more classic design. It's very safe to stay here when traveling alone, and the overall experience is superb.
It was so convenient because it was close to tourist attractions!! I will definitely stay here again when I go to the UK! The London bus also runs there so I didn't have to walk much!
Excellent location. Small rooms, as in all of Europe. Excellent breakfasts with a view of Santa Maria Maggiore. Polite staff. Clean. The room was missing an information booklet, pens, paper, etc. Of course, the location is the only reason it's a four, but everything is excellent. I recommend it.
The most convenient location, just opposite Santa Maria di Maggiore and 7-10 minutes walk to Roma Termini and metro. Several bus stops nearby - we use buses to go to Colosseo, Borgese, piazza Navova, and metro for Vatican. Terrific view form breakfast terrace and good breakfast too - there were even several types of milk (regular, lactose free and soy). Surprisingly big bathroom and shower for the...

One of the finest hotel service, excellent cleanliness - spacious room and location is marvellous. I have never seen such a hotel that provides a top notch service with a smile and prompt. The room is very spacious like a two bedroom with a nice view. Location is just the Best..!! Trevi Fountain is just a few steps away with trattorie scattered everywhere. Will definitely come back to stay when...
We were a party of four with teens and an older lady with mobility problems…. And we loved it. Very friendly staff and a fabulous room. Our room was in a separate building but it wasn’t far and we managed fine. I had been worried by some reviews and the lift was small.. a wheelchair would not have fitted in, but we were ok. It’s an old building but the room itself was modern, spacious and super comfortable...
The hotel's 24-hour front desk is so important! Room: clean, front desk service: not enthusiastic, the guy who sent the luggage was enthusiastic, breakfast: not very good, 1-2 minutes to the left is the wishing fountain, location: good, this dumpling is nearby 🥟 delicious!
We stayed on the first floor, which was very dark and had a musty smell. We booked the room because of its location and the fact that it was a large suite, but we regretted it as soon as we moved in. We had to stay there for three days because we were busy visiting attractions every day, so we didn't spend much time in the room, so we just made do with it. The breakfast was average, with very few varieties...
I'm leaving this review because I'm so grateful to the staff who always gave me a 👍thumbs-up👍! From check-in to check-out, they were always friendly and smiling. The room was also great, except for being a little dark! It was right in the heart of the city, but the soundproofing was perfect, so I didn't wake up! Location: A bit hard to find, you have to go up a staircase and there are no clear signs. The main issue is that it's not close to either the train station or the metro. It is, however, very close to the Mouth of Truth, just a 3-minute walk. Room Layout: Very confusing, some design choices are incomprehensible. The faucet was hard to move, and some bathrooms had no door for the shower, making it very...
This was the most anticipated project on our Rome trip. I booked it right away after seeing it recommended by Xiaohongshu. The hotel is in a great location, about a few dozen meters from the Mouth of Truth. Many taxi drivers have trouble finding it because it's on a slope. The hotel's style is beyond words: a designer hotel with a unique interior and style. The furniture is also well-appointed, with...
We were upgraded to the largest room, and the entire check-in experience was incredibly smooth. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was incredibly vibrant, with a rich industrial feel, and was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's ground floor houses an art gallery, and the hallways, corridors, and even the rooms are filled with art and designer furniture. This is truly...
The bathroom is very stylish and unique. I have to complain about the stainless steel material, which is uncomfortable and the bathroom is very small. When I shower, water leaks all over the floor.
The hotel's design and ambiance are both beautiful and artistic, and the service is excellent. Although the room rate doesn't include meals, the hotel does provide them. The hotel has a full kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, and cutlery. The refrigerator is stocked with eggs, three meat options, and milk and yogurt, all free. Other drinks and food are subject to charges. Since I had an early...
Overall it was comfortable. When you check in, they will introduce you to the entire hotel and the layout of the room. I'll talk about the things I was not satisfied with. First off, this hotel is nowhere near a real 5-star hotel so ignore that listing. The hotel is ok overall, more like a Crown Plaza or lower-end Sheraton. The rooms are extremely dated and overdue for renovation. The a/c in my room didn't work, too. On the positive side, staff was universally great and helpful. One more thing, don't book a breakfast rate. The hotel's breakfast is very low quality...
Most of the hotel staff particularly the reception staff were most helpful and friendly. We had issues with the main door (107) leading to the 2 other rooms (105&106) and we had to keep getting the key card reset. The reception staff were always obliging and they even told us to contact them on the phone so that we need not go down to get the key card reset. They also recommeded restaurants which...
We recently returned from Italy which included two nights in Rome at The Grand Hotel Palace. We are returning guests and have always felt blessed to have this hotel as our home away from home. Everything was wonderful, the room was lovely, the staff was warm and totally hospitable, the location was terrific and they were very generous with the amenities. I definitely would return and have told many people how much I enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel.
Great Hotel This is a great hotel. The only issue is the lack of drawers and closet space in the room we had.
Gorgeous hotel, great staff, amazing location, overall,...pricey for the almost 2k per night, however.
Absolutely one of our favorite hotels we ever stayed. Incredible staff, beautifully decorated, comfortable, stylish, modern yet classic. We loved the breakfast. The rooms were very quiet. Facilities: The toilet creaked when I sat on it, and the curtains wouldn't close. 😑 The shower stall was also very narrow, and I bumped my elbows several times while showering. Environment: The soundproofing was also poor. Facing the street, the noise of cars was noticeable at night. The only positive point was that it was close to the Colosseum. Cleanliness: Although I only had hard water in Italy...

Located in the heart of Rome, the train station and scenic spots are all within walking distance, and there's a subway station right at the door. I chose this hotel as I was staying in Rome for one night as a stopover. Traveling alone was a bit worrying, but the front desk staff were very helpful and explained everything to me. The Colosseum was also easily reached in about 10 minutes on foot. I arrived at the hotel in the evening and visited the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum. The Trevi Fountain was a bit far, but if you walk along well-lit...
Good location and very close to metro station. The room is quiet and have most amenities except the curtain was fixed and was unable to be closed. I had to use some clothing pegs to clip them so it’s not too bright at 5am. Breakfast was reasonable. Overall considering the price they are charging I think it’s a good hotel to stay at.
The hotel is old, with renovated rooms. The single rooms are small. They are close to the elevator. Everything was clean. It has an electric kettle, tea, and coffee, like all 3- and 4-star hotels in Italy. The location is very good. The metro is right on the corner. You can walk to the central train and bus stations. Breakfast was adequate. Not much variety, but good coffee and freshly squeezed juices...

Perfectly positioned and extremely, safe, comfortable, clean and very friendly and accomodating hotel. We found it a bit hard to find as the entrance is not boldly signposted and is overshadowed by the busy-ness of all the restaurants etc around the piazza, but once inside, we felt welcome. Room was satisfactory but you should go for a superior room for more space Plumbing abit hit and miss (slow toilet flush refill) A/C needs up graded Staff excellent helpful and lovely Good outlet shopping on via nationale
Good location. Close to Termini. Check-in process is manual, very slow. Not much option for breakfast. They don’t allow to bring food from outside to the room. Over expérience is ok.
It was what we needed, a clean bed while spending all day on sightseeing tours. Location was very good, near bus tour stops. Wouldnt repeat breakfast but otherwise an economical, nice hotel.
Would not book this hotel again, The staff weren’t courteous or very helpful. The bed was so uncomfortable my wife didn’t hardly sleep for 2 nights. It is a good hotel in a perfect location and it is affordable as well. If I ever go back to Rome, probably I will stay in the same place. The employees working at the reception are super helpful
The room was decent—nothing special, but clean. The bathroom quality varies depending on the room. Unfortunately, mine had a moldy ceiling this week, while others were fine. This is rooms in a residential apartment block not a hotel so no communal facilities.

Absolutlely great place to stay when visiting Rome!
The good: hotel is in a good location and rooms are spacious especially since we are in Rome, where that can be challenging.
