I cancelled my stay after the deadline had passed, due to a cancellation of my flight. I asked if it were possible not to charge my first night (even though it is not the policy). Of course this was a long shot, and it was completely reasonable that they said no. However, they were very rude in the response they gave. I added it below: GOOD DAY, I AM SORRY BUT ACCORDING TO THE POLICY WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE THE FIRST NIGHT!I THINK IS FAIR I TAKE ONLY 1 NIGHT NOT BOUTH !!! HERE WHO PAYS FOR RESERVATIO? YOUR COMPANY FILHTS !!!! ASK TO COMPANY FLIHT TO GIVE YOU REFUND THEY CANCEL YOUR FLIGHT !!! ALL THE BEST , KINDLY REGARDS , ROMAN HOLIDAYS. Again, it is reasonable and valid to decline my request, but it is also reasonable to expect them to stay polite while declining.

I'd stay here again.
I stayed in a private room with a shared bath. The room was newly renovated and very clean. The bathroom and kitchen were always clean. Recycling receptacles were available. The owners were friendly and helpful. Location near the central train station made arrival and departure a breeze. Fabulous gelateria was a nightly 3 block walk. I could not get my Saily internet working so navigating the city was a bit dicey but that had nothing to do with the hostel. It was quiet at night too.

Very bad place, not a professional youth hostel, not a hotel with three-star facilities, they charge a high city tax of 5 euros a night, and they don't accept credit cards. The counter is not open 24 hours a day and is often empty. It's just a room in a house converted into a youth hostel. I stayed there for 3 nights and couldn't sleep at all because someone snored every day. But there is no other room to change!
The whole trip to Rome was ruined! Please do not stay! ! It will cost money, hurt your health and ruin your vacation.

It's a cozy and nice hostel with only one room for 4 people. Since there are few guests, the draw was good and I got some good people. I think I'll go there next time I stay in Rome.

I’ll never be back in this hostel . The location is Excellent , the rooms are like in every hostel , good. But the attention, in especial from the blonde guy who is in the lobby was the worst that i ever seen . He shout me cause i want to check out and he was sleeping (9am) . He dont let me to use the bathroom on the lobby cause of this saying to me that he need to clean up. I think that his parents dont educate him very well . If i be the owner of this hostel I’ll take him out inmediatly! .

Good location, charging port next to bed didn’t work but they had many charging areas that were away from the bed. Not sure where to get new clean towels
