Hotel Review:
Our experience was disappointing. We arrived an hour before check-in with a newborn and asked the reception for help to warm up baby food, but they completely ignored our request. The reception staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful. The room itself wasn’t very clean—there was animal hair under the bed, suggesting it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The kitchen was missing essential utensils and equipment, which made cooking difficult, though luckily we had brought some items ourselves. Not a pleasant stay overall.
Great location and suitable for families
The breakfast is full of choice, for all tastes.
The staff is very friendly, helpful. There are sport facilities, soccer field, tennis, volleyball.
There are programs and music around the pool all day long, for the kids as well with animator.
The city is a good starting point for visiting Cote d'azur, Monaco, Genova.
