The outdoor pool was inaccessible as it is not heated and the indoor pool we thought we would be able to use not only requires a fee but kids can only go a couple of hours a day.
The only positive side to this establishment is that the room we had was quite spacious and had terrace. Other than that the room in itself is quite outdated and damaged. Almost forgot, the hot water didn’t work and although we called the reception to make them aware of the issue they never resolved it while we were there. Bathing my kid in a cold shower was not an easy task.
It is perfect for family vacation but not that good for teenagers.
Hotel Review:
Our experience was disappointing. We arrived an hour before check-in with a newborn and asked the reception for help to warm up baby food, but they completely ignored our request. The reception staff was unwelcoming and unhelpful. The room itself wasn’t very clean—there was animal hair under the bed, suggesting it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The kitchen was missing essential utensils and equipment, which made cooking difficult, though luckily we had brought some items ourselves. Not a pleasant stay overall.
Many things did not work such as the air condition.
Management (not the whole reception) seemed grumpy and angry. The restaurant staff did the same and even acted rude.
The worst part was the extra bed, which was a fold-out sofa, that was harmful to your back. It sloped down, was uneven and with a thin mattress where you could feel the springs. It should not be stated as a bed as you can’t sleep in a bed in a so bad condition.
Additionally, there was no cleaning services included only if you payed a very high additional price.
