Location: 150 metres from the nearest beach in the municipality of Moneglia, 35 km from national Park Cinque Terre, 40 km from Siena, 64 km from Genoa airport.

Consists of one 4-storey building.

Beach: public small pebble beach and 150 m from the hotel (2-coastline). Sun beds, umbrellas - for a fee. The length of the beach 400 m.

Seaview takes your breath away! Excellent location, tasty and varied breakfast, good room.
No fridge, no kettle, no glasses, no drinking water, basic toiletries very limited

It’s a nice hotel but it’s definitely not for the faint hearted it might have some flaws but if you see through the cracks it’s actually quite a nice place for a fair price.

Extremely disappointing experience – had to leave immediately

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with Hotel Leopold in Moneglia was truly unacceptable. The apartment was in terrible condition—dirty walls with multiple cracks, old and stained furniture, and an overall feeling of neglect. It was far from what was advertised. We simply couldn’t stay there and had to find another hotel on very short notice.
Unfortunately, we had booked and prepaid the stay through Booking.com. What’s most frustrating is that, as a customer, you have no real right to a refund—it’s entirely up to the hotel to approve it. In our case, despite the uninhabitable conditions, we were denied any compensation.

We had an amazing time, Leopold and Leandro were such lovely hosts. Amazing view and Hotel is rustic like a step back in time, keys for the room still being used and lots of charm. The Hotel and owners have special touch that is lost with most modern hotels

To flee!! Arrived on site, the reserved apartment of 100m2 was no longer available and we were offered instead 2 small rooms for which we were asked for a supplement of 130 euros in cash!!! Never seen before. At the reception, no one and forced to run up and down the floors to find someone! A man with very dirty pants shows up and starts to confuse me because I don't want his replacement solution.... Cancellation on the spot!! A horror. Old-fashioned reception with a vacuum cleaner lying around in the middle, everything doesn't seem clean...

The reason we don’t give it five stars for the room is because my wife says that the bathroom was small. I agree with her. But that is by our American standards.

The service was excellent. They were very accommodating to us and our family tragedy-situation when we had a difficulty come up in our schedule.

The front desk was super friendly and helpful.

The location was right next to a metro stop and also close to the Montparnasse tower Which may have one of the best views of Paris. It’s close to many stores and convenience, stores and restaurants.

We loved our stay there. We highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Paris. We’re happy that two other married couples who are friends from Bellflower Baptist Church recommended this hotel to us.

The accommodation is not easy to reach by car (two way traffic on a steep way up/down the hill). The pool was not cleaned. Rooms were hot and airco was not working ideal. Location, view, and breakfast were great. The son of the owner is a friendly and helpful guy, nothing like the owner himself. There is a nice beach and restaurant down in front of the hotel. The walk to Moneglia is a pleasant 10mins.

Superb location overlooking the sea; however, our room was also in the middle of the greenery. Spectacular swimming pool with sea view that makes you want to go down to the sea. Breakfast good and with a lot of variety between sweet and savory.

A very charming newly renovated hotel with the best sea view you can imagine. It's a family hotel with a lots of charm. Yet a bit unorganized but if you look beyoned this this is the place to stay. Only 5 minutes to the village and 2 minutes to the beach and has it's own pool. + all the above fantastic pool table - except for a good breakfast there are no meals served in the hotel

A hotel with an incredible location, a crazy sea view that takes your breath away, friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms, excellent and plentiful breakfast at average prices in the area. We will be back.
