There are bedbugs, so I, my wife and kids got a bunch of bites.
After we were so sure about the problem, I made a complaint to the reception.
However, the first reaction of them was that we might bring the bugs.
Then the final reaction was that they did not find such problem so no responsibility they should take.

Perfect location for my destination (Milan Symphony Auditorium), yet still easily accessible from the city center. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the area was quiet. When I return to Milan, I'll definitely book here again.

The place was very bad and we didn't stay there. We chose another place because of the poor accommodation, the host's attitude, and the difficulty in reaching the accommodation.

Nice, quiet room. Our plane was delayed so the friendly staff made arrangements for us to access the room well after midnight. Great service!

Trip.com doesn't list tram numbers, and there was a line where the train was out of service due to construction, so I had to change trains twice from Central, which was a pain because it was far from the station. Tram 15 is a six-minute walk away. To get to the Cathedral, it's about five stops away. Apparently, it's Tram 9 to Central. The locks are a bit tricky to get used to, but everything you need is there. There's a supermarket within a five-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants near the station. It would be nice if the reception and apartment were a little closer. The room was spacious, but I wish the bathroom had a door.

We found the apartment easily.

Everything was clean inside: dishes, linen, plumbing. There was a complimentary water in the fridge, very nice.

We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The property situated in a calm place. The street is very little if you come by taxi hardly get parking. Reception staff friendly and helpful. I get a penthouse apartment. It is nice for one person, but for couple maybe little. Very nice bed and very comfortable pillows. Two panoramic windows direct above bed. For me was fun, but maybe not all people will like. Special little wardrobe room look like nice idea. Place look clean although little bit old. All of all it was pleasant stay. Penthouse apartments numbers 36 and 38. Very near supermarket and cafeterias - so no way you will stay hungry.
