Compared to the room with a balcony, I actually prefer this one. that one is great for families with kids. However, the balcony is connected to the neighboring room, so privacy may be limited.

Buffet breakfast had very limited options with only 2 hot food eggs and bacon. Staff was not very attentive either, only the lady at the reception was nice the restaurant staff were no where to be seen and the man who checked us in was not helpful. The hotel location is okay but would recommend staying in the city but the train station being close was okay. Room was okay. Definitely did not feel like a 4 star hotel though

Decent hotel, rooms are okay, but nothing special. Check-in was good, but tried to photocopy passport without even asking for permission (and only needed details from it rather than full scan).
Bar at the hotel is opened up to whatever staff decides too :) quite unusual.
Breakfast is okay with quite few options to select from - good quality coffee and ability to enjoy it on rooftop terrace is a great thing :)

Hotel hallways were very dimly lit. Shower had a leak when trying to use the large spray head so we had to use the removable sprayer only. Can't go from 1st floor down to reception without using the elevator. The young lady at breakfast was very nice, providing service with a smile. Parking was good right in front of main entrance.

Stayed here for two days, it's cost-effective, and you can take a bus to Milan just one kilometer away.

Good rooms except that the thermostat is set to 24 degrees and cannot be lowered.
Sufficient breakfast, I would have liked to find pancakes or some hot sweet option.
Friendly and nice staff.

It s good value for Money.
Bed is comfortable and my room was clean.
Areas to improve:
- Check in was a bit slow but still ok
- room was a bit cold
- breakfast is not the best but totally acceptable
Overall a good hotel which I'll book again next time

I am shocked by the positive review people give on this hotel.. its dirty, bed sheets are dirty, isn’t that like the most important thing out there? They are cheap on hot water, the food is a ripoff.. I really don’t understand it. Not blaming the staff, they are doing their job within their capacity. But its a disgrace.
